The salads at this location have either been missing ingredients (no corn bean salsa on the BBQ chicken salad-which is one of... the main ingredients the last time I ordered) or very skimpy (hardly any toppings this time I ordered). Oh my gosh, this place has so many problems. Drive through is almost always bogged down. I've tried the flatbread margherita... pizza twice- once with no basil (and burnt) and once with cilantro instead of basil. I haven't gotten the side I asked formultiple times. And corporate stupidity: I had an e-gift card and loaded it on the app. You cant use it unless you order ahead!Try to use it at the window and unless you saved the email with the pin, you are out of luck. Well, I love Panera but this one was not the best. We could eat inside but we had to order through the drive thru because they... said they were understaffed, but while we were eating inside we saw that they had at least seven employees. The food that we gotwas fresh and good, but they forgot to give us a side of bread with one of our meals and they forgot to give us the three cupsof water that we ordered. I love Panera but I won?t be going to this one again. Read more
Ordered a full chicken Caesar salad no croutons as with other items to. When we got home my daughters Caesar salad had croutons... but the worst part was the salad was made with spinach instead of romaine lettuce it mite of been arugula either way when Icalled the lady on the phone she said we are out of romaine lettuce so we used that, I would think that is something you wouldtell us when ordering. She said I could bring back the order with the receipt for a refund I was already at home I live 20minsfrom there. This could of all been avoided if I was told in the drive-thru they didn?t have romaine. I Know it sounds like asmall issue but for 36$ for 2 bowls of soup a half sandwich and a salad I just think that I should of been told before gettingall the way home. Went to the one in North Ridgeville and ordered on the kiosk and they did not have brownies that I ordered so I got two... chocolate chip but changed my mind and wanted one chocolate chip and one chocolate croissant and they gave me two chocolate chipcookies and one chocolate croissant. Then I got the rest of my order and they only gave me half a sandwich when I ordered awhole sandwich. The bathrooms were nasty too. I will not ever go back there again. Read more
My daughter used the app and picked up our order. I can't tell you how great it was! I have 2 Panera Bread locations close to me... and have quit going because their portions got smaller and the price got bigger. But, when my daughter brought our lunch (I gota pick two), I was amazed at the size of the half sandwich and the soup. Very nice job North Ridgeville, you are well worth thevisit! Read more
A great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. Quick service,always well kept. It's right off the highway so if you're in a hurry you... can eat and get on to rt 489 or the turnpike within minutes. Also located near 2 gas stations. So that's helpful too if you'regetting on the road Read more
What can you say about Panera? Food is always very consistent and the selection is abundant. The kids who work here are... absolutely fantastic. They work really hard and I've never had a wrong meal or poorly cooked. Everything is always fantastic.The dining room could use a little bit more attention to cleaning a little bit more frequently, but when you expect patrons tothrow their own trash away, You're juggling with that possibly not happening. Not sure what's always happening at the iced teadispenser but that area is always a disaster as patrons we just need to learn to clean up after ourselves but but that area is asafety concern with the wet floors Read more
