I?ve truly never had such a miserable experience getting coffee. Waited 45 minutes for three drinks, only to discover they?d... made and forgotten about them. Meanwhile, the man I was speaking with in line waited 25 for a black coffee. The barista didn?tknow she?d run out of beans in the machine. The other barista ran out of ice. No one restocked their cups. They made drinks andleft them on the back bar and forgot about those too. The espresso machine?s top flipped off and into the crowd of annoyed folkswaiting for their coffee, hitting my leg. Extreamly slow drive thru. Probably one of the slowest drive thru Starbucks I have ever been in.

This is a bad location. This is probably the worst Starbucks that I have been to. I ordered two small drinks and waited for... nearly twenty minutes. The prices were also higher here than at other locations. The other locations I frequent do not charge meextra for almond milk or one flavor shot when it is supposed to be included in the drink price. Either their employees don?tknow how to properly ring the drinks up or this location charges more. Inside the store was filthy. The floor was littered withstraw wrappers and the online order pick up area was also littered with napkins and straw wrappers. Nearly every table was dirtywith old coffee spills or litter. There were only 4 people working there on a Saturday afternoon. If you can?t adequately staffyour stores then you should consider reducing your hours. The employees all seemed miserable and overworked. You are better offgoing to the locations inside of Target stores or going to the location in North Olmsted. Read more

For some reason the quality of the drinks have gone down. They just don't taste right. You can go to one location and get an... amazing drink and go to another one and get a drink that's completely different. Read more

35 minutes in the drive thru with absolutely no option to go in because there was ZERO parking left. Traffic at this location... around 7-8 am is awful. Had I not placed a mobile order ahead of time I would have kept driving. But to be completely honestthis is probably the slowest Starbucks around even during off times. Customer service is decent, but the aggravation fromwaiting so ridiculously long is over the top. Read more

Walked in to order, girl at the counter was doing paperwork, took about 3 minutes for her to look up and acknowledge us, we... ordered 2 drinks, nothing crazy, waited about 20 minutes for them as the drive through line cycled through, in addition thestaff made drinks for their friends while we waited. The girls are nice but don?t be in any hurry, they?re literally the slowest Starbucks and the employees are always on break in... the morning when people are in a hurry? and they?re making each other drinks when they can?t even keep up with customer orders.I sat in the drive thru line at the window for 10 mins, not only because they?re slow but they made my drink wrong. I don't go to Starbucks often. I actually only stopped off because I needed to burn some time and work.
