Slowest service ever (drive thru with 6 cars took 30 mins) poor customer service and no training in dealing with people. They... kept my credit card and when giving food and when I came back to get it there was a line at the drive thru still. Walked up towindow to get card since it would have taken another 30 mins in drive thru line. Employees standing around talking not doinganything while customers in drive thru backed up waiting to order with no cars past the speaker to order, and me at window. Finally I opened the window and said ?helllloooooooo? some woman came over with attitude saying don?t do that, told them no oneat window, store doors closed and no one answered the phone after multiple calls and they never gave me my card after givingfood. She just handed it to me, closed window and went back to talking to other employees. This place is in trouble? needmanagement to do some basic job and service training. Read more
Went to the drive-thru. Order taken after being told there is no bacon or baked potatoes. I say ok, I can go without bacon. I... order 2 grilled chicken pretzel bacon pubs. Understanding there is no bacon. What I get is no pretzel bun. It was cold. Andpoorly done. Ontop of that , no one answers the phone. I am on the road for work, I can't return to the location right now. SoI effectively wasted a $15 lunch with no recourse. Read more
I live up the street and come here on occasion. Last week I came in for a chicken sandwich meal and both the fries and the... CHICKEN were undercooked. I threw the whole lot in the trash but didn't go back to complain, figuring it was a fluke. Tonight Itried again, and got served piping hot fries and an undercooked burger! Guys, you've got to fully cook the food! You're goingto make people sick serving this. Not to mention, we're paying $12-$15 for a meal. It should be at least edible! Read more

Avoid!!!! The food is always old cold and stale. I've tried several times hoping the experience will get better. It doesn't. I... love Wendy's. I've eaten Wendy's since childhood. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. I suggest driving to NorthOlmsted or Avon location. Read more
We have tried to give this Wendy?s location a fair try since moving to North Ridgeville. We love Wendy?s. Not this... Wendy?s. The food is always so terrible, you would think someone is playing a prank on you. Beyond disgusting. ALWAYS old,cold, too salty, and even rotten. Don?t ask for a salad, as they usually have none. They don't have a prep list in themornings apparently. Who ever owns this franchise location, if you are reading this, please fire the store manager.
