got my sweet tea extremely sweet, wasn't able to drink it, I purchased 2 they were both the same, had to throw it away, went... yesterday again, placed my order online, I parked for my order to be curbside then my order said there was an error, went to thespeaker in dt and told them about my online order, they said system was down I proceeded to the window to pay for my coffees, purchased 3 I asked for 6 cream n 6 sugar for each n one of them, didn't give me enough sugar... The manager there was kind of young but very polite and compassionate. With the customers of course.
Messed up order, we had a hard time understanding person taking order through drive thru. When we got order it wasn't correct... and gave us a hard time about correcting it. After we paid more and drove away.I discovered my sweet tea was unsweetened. Read more
I'm giving this location 3 stars because they do not honor deals like mix n match etc. Also, the service is usually not... friendly. I'd say service is a hit or miss, but it's more like unfriendly 7 out ten times. Read more
This location was probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We first pulled up to the drive thru ,3 minutes passed by... and the line of cars is not moving, people srarted to back out of the drive thru, so we decided to just dine in instead, wewalked in and lady who took our order got it all wrong, we had to take couple of trips back to her to fix the order. The staffwas not properly moving the orders,there was something wrong I dont know what it is. It did not feel like a normal McDonald'swhere everyone is working like beehive. 7.10.18 This is one of the better McDonalds in the area, just because they get the order right and have better customer service... that the other locations. I had the standard $1 fare of 2 cheeseburgers, small fries and a triple cheeseburger great for thetummy but not the cholesterol. Note: I do not use the self-service kiosks because they are kinda dirty as hell. Read more
