Bad quality. Ordered the onion ring stack, tavern burger, and a cluck and fries. The fries taste like freezer and kind of stale.... There weren't any dipping sauces for the onion rings or chicken strips. The burger tastes like something you'd get from BurgerKing. Placed the order at around 7 and picked it up by 7:30. My son and I came here on a Thursday evening. We were seated immediately. I've been to this location a few times and EVERY... SINGLE TIME I walk away freezing!...It is so ???? ???? and I just don't understand why! The food tasted ok, nothingspectacular. Our service was average. My son ordered a burger with no tomatoes. He got a burger with tomatoes ???????????. Myson didn't want to send it back so he picked them off ????. Also I ordered garlic fries and they came out regular. I did mentionit to the waitress and she fixed it. However, she took the fries she brought me back to the kitchen and added the garlicingredients instead of just bringing out another basket with the right fries. I didn't like that. Paid about $40 for our food. Ihad a BOGO coupon deal. My expectations aren't really high for a Red Robin burger joint. Ive been before. I know what toexpect. I love their lemonade! But the only thing that is upsetting is this? I place an order online for curbside pick up. I got there... and call employee was nice told me to drive up to the door but when I drove off and decided to open the container & I get thisfor $20 ???? I visited this location Friday around 5pm, as soon as we walk in the lady in the front tells my party that there is a 20 minute... wait. When we clearly see the restaurant empty, at most 3 tables where occupied. We decide to be on the wait list as my partyreally wanted to eat here. We have been coming to this location since it was open. Lately the service has gone downhill. Ifmanagement doest step up to get some employees in and better service you bet they will not last longer. My bottomless frieswhere not really bottomless as I had requested more and took them over 10 minutes to bring them back, at that point in time Iwas readybto go home. We visited this restaurant in a Monday afternoon. The waitress was a in training but she did a good job. I was using a birthday... coupon for a free burger. I also tried a purple pear lemon aid drink. The drink, avocado burger and onion rings was yummy.
