Service was very poor. Pizza has been out for an hour asked for fresh pizza they claimed they had to wait till old pizza was... finished never had this issue at any other locations. When I asked about this I was met with attitude. Went here just for thepizza so it?s highly disappointing that I had such a horrible experience and wasted my time. Read more
Great place to live. Coldest of winter days I did not feel it. New building airtight. Nice people, good management and very... accommodating to Seniors' well being. I love being here. Apartments are clean and pretty spacious (open concept arrangements). Read more
If I could give this place a -1000 star I would. I went to this shabarros and bought a pizza slice. The slice had charcoal in it... and it chipped my tooth. This pizza ruined my smile, my perfectly nice looking teeth. I could have choked and died with thatcharcoal piece.I can imagine a small child chewing it and unintentionally swallowing the hard piece and choking to death. Theemployees here do not clean the ovens properly. Their negligence caused me to lose my tooth partially. The oven residue hardens overtime and creates a really hard substance which feels like stone. ALOT of this hard substance was in my pizza .Wheni confronted one of the supervisors about it, she treated me like if i was crazy. She didn't acknowledge that i was hurt due totheir negligence .She actually gave me a very hard time and ran to the back. Consumers beware. I am deeply sadden at the factthat my tooth got chipped by eating this pizza. Now i will have to go to the dentist for the rest of my life to get this fixedbecause we all know that teeth do not grow back and fillings fall off every couple of years. I am very depressed due to thefact that i was just trying to have a fun time at the mall eating pizza and watching a movie and now i have lost some of myperfectly good tooth while eating this pizza due to the negligence of the employees here. i am deeply depressed at the factthat i will not be able to obtain ORIGINAL bone structure with conventional dentistry practices. I went there today. Mari. I think that was her name. My friend and I were getting pizza. Two separate orders. I ordered cheese... and she ordered pepperoni.I don?t eat meat so having sausage pizza was kind of an annoyance. It?s not like this pizza is cheap,either. So it was a nice waste of my money and I will not be coming back there again. I called the place and all Mari had to sayfor herself was that she thought my friend and I were going to the place so it shouldn?t matter. Clearly it mattered since noone even ordered sausage. The food at this Sbarro might be the worst food from a Sbarro I've ever had. I'm not sure why I even ate here because every... location I've eaten at so far is horrendous. But, dear god.
