First of all, everyone working here has their hair down with no type of hairnet. Secondly, we bought classic chicken sandwiches... and they were plain sandwiches. I also ordered one Italian mozzarella chicken and they gave me a plain chicken sandwich. Thiswas our first time here and was very disappointed. Read more

Horrible service, understaffed, poor management, the dining room was dirty, the drink station did not look sanitary- no ice,... drink stains everywhere. Took me fifteen minutes to get my order only for it to come incomplete, incorrect and under served. Thesmall fries had less than the container, I ordered spicy nuggets? I got regular. Nobody wears gloves everyone operates withbarehands and handles food tools with their bare hands. Management doesn?t have a set dress code evidently because everyone iswearing baggy clothes, no hair nets, low loose pony tails, and no non slip shoes. I wouldn?t recommend this location. Managergave me looks when I kept asking her for the items missing on my order after waiting five minutes and seeing her wander off. Read more

I liked the quality of the food. better compared to other fast food chains and for a good price. The burger served fresh and the... fries was hot and pleasantly crisp. The service at this location was standout because the employee was very nice, answeredquestion and provided the service exceptionally well. Read more

Walked in, didn?t get greeted! The guy behind the counter glanced at me and continued to do what he was doing. I waited 5... minutes because he was preparing an order. When he was done he continued to ignore me. I finally spoke up only to find out myorder was just sitting at the printer :(. Not cool! Was there 15 minutes. Read more

Man I don?t what going on there usually that?s my spot I pass 2 other Wendy?s before there on my way home from work on Mondays... (mostly every Monday) the night crew the last maybe 3 times have been so discombobulated I got there it was 6-7 cars deepweren?t moving took 20 minutes to get the food there?s 5-6 of them I don?t know if they were on/off or training but twice I wasasked by one of them if I paid and they literally saw me pay the other person they were nice and the food was great and theinside is usually very clean but yikes don?t go past 9 pm there lately they don?t have half stars otherwise I?t be 3.5 Read more

My Husband and I went today to pick up lunch through the drive thru, they snapped at him ordering a 4 for $4 because apparently... they no longer have that even though it was on the menu. One thing is for sure that we didn't go for a huge side of attitude.Whomever works the drive thru seriously sounds like they are unhappy and perhaps should consider a different job. Customerservice requires a polite and professional attitude regardless of where you work. Hopefully Wendy's can retrain the staff atthat location to have a better disposition or they will continue to loose customers. Read more

The quality of the food at this location has been deteriorating over time. I bought a kids meal today and my daughter shows me... how stale and disgusting the burger is. I ask to see the fries and well you can see how bad they were in the picture. Read more
