To sum up breakfast at yia yias one word comes to mind. DISSAPPOINTING ! Ever since they started fixing up the place they... constantly try to pad your bill they don't want to subitute items just want to charge for side dishes. Strongly recommendchecking your recipt they DO NOT give you you full amount of change if you don't pay attention. This family restaurant is ran well. Once you walk in you'll notice its Super clean & Very stylish decoration inside. The food... was the best ever. Amazing breakfast & lunch options. Great service. I've been to Yia Yia's since they opened. Food is not the same anymore. Today I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich... Let's just... say, I had to return it. The chicken tasted like freezer and it was very dry. I changed to a gyro sandwich. It tastes better,but the meat was too greasy for my taste. Also, the French fries were not fresh, that was a big disappointment. My mother hadthe cheeseburger, that was good. Maybe next time I'll just stick to a burger. Read more

In so honesty I was disappointed. Husband and I decided to go to our favorite spot for breakfast. We haven't been here in almost... 5 months. Let me tell you how bad this place is getting. If tripping over this for isn't annoying enough, we were at at a tablethat wasn't cleaned off. Tip and everything still there. One of the ladies I always thought was the owner always gives off thisbad vibe. I get it their busy. This place use to be amazing. I sent back 2 coffee cups and plates because there was left overlipstick and grease on them. I decided to no longer have any. Our silverware was not any better so I decided to ask for plastic.I drink lots of water but not after this. Over all experience was the absolute worst. We were so ready to walk out and cancelour order but didn't want to do that. Will we be going back? Probably not... Will I still recommend to my family? This breakfast restaurant has tons of booths and tables throughout, you will likely be able to be seated as soon as you walk... into the doors. Prices are affordable and has a casual breakfast vibe. While it doesn't necessarily look like a diner, it doeshave the feel to it. Ordered the Nasty Skillet and my overall regret was not sharing it because the portions are huge.
