There was sediment in my cup from getting coke zero. They need to clean their soda fountain nozzles.

the slowest place in the world to order from and the cooks don't know as well as the servers the difference between chicken and... fish tried to convince me that two fish sandwiches or chicken sandwiches ask for the manager she came and walked away whenexplaining my disapproval of the way I was treated said they were all new people deal with it and kept walking away I was tryingto get corporate number from her but she declined to give it. Hands down staff and service was amazing. Went into rt 82 north Royalton store with a special order for food allergies. Ted... was amazing told staff and he was so helpful. Ted was amazing knew customers coming in by name. The customer service wasoutstanding. I want to say thank you to this Arby's for all their help and fast service. Read more
It was ok for fast food. The food was fine. The kids liked the curly fries. Service was slow. Even if you just go back up to... the counter to order another fry, you have to go sit back down and wait a few minutes or more and then they call you back up topick up the fry when it is ready. I don't know what takes so long. Read more
This place has definitely gone down hill AND VERY FAST! I have given this place a few good chances. First disappointment when I... went to get a fish sandwich and requested it fresh, got home and it was cold and the fries weren't all the way done. Called andcomplained and they were going to refund me. Went days later didn't have the receipt and was charged full price for the samesandwich that didn't come with lettuce or tomato lol cause they didn't have any, yet, still charged me full price? Ridiculous.The last couple times the fries weren't done all the way. Use to be one of the best Arby's, but NOT anymore. It cost me 30 dollars to feed 3 people. The hot chicken sandwich was all tabasco sauce and the curry fries were tiny pieces.
