Great chocolate only kind my husband eat
After spending $100 on Easter candy I asked how to store it until Easter since I purchased it a few weeks ahead of the Holiday. ... I was told by the employee "not in your car". Contacted Mallley's through their website and...no reply. I bothered to spendmoney in your store ($1,000s over the years I have spent in personal and corporate gifts) and I still don't know the best way tostore the chocolate. Read more
Stopped at this store with my mom, upon entering the employee was on her cell phone, did not greet us or acknowledge us, I said... oh hello and I proceeded to go get my chocolates and went to the checkout counter to pay for my things, didn't tell me how muchmy total was until I asked, paid and waited for my Mom, she was at the checkout and nothing said to her either. We go toleave there and still nothing said, not a thank you come again, have a great day or go fly a kite, I said oh thank you, havea nice day and she just looked st me. I tried calling corporate 5x, left messages and no response this was November 24th,2021,that was a month and a half ago. Not sure if I will go back to any Malleys as I don't care for this kind of customer service. Read more
This is mine and my family?s favorite chocolate hands down. Best chocolate in NE Ohio. Love this place, love the chocolate.... Staff are friendly. Sometimes to save money we get the ?sweet slips? those are discounted but absolutely delish. Read more
Chocolate is good with plenty of variety. The lover holidays are always good for chocolate covered strawberries and grapes. They... were skimping on the strawberries for awhile but the batch we got this Sweetest day were whole strawberries again. The pricesare pretty steep but you're getting better than Hershey's. Employees were busy setting up Christmas candy ????????. One employee saw me with my arms full of Thanksgiving treats and... stopped setting up Christmas candy and got me a basket . How helpful was that!! North Royalton Malley's is the only one I willshop at ???? Read more
