Mediocre pizza not many toppings on the supreme. Wings were good
I like their food. But i ordered from door dash app... and they delivered it to the wrong place. I called Marco's to let them... know; and they wanted nothing to do with it. They said Door dash is a third party. I understand, but you are linked to them. Ifyou weren't, I couldn't order marcos from door dash. Poor manager experience at this Marcos. Door dash did refund me. Just order a cheese pizza. The toppings are so skimpy, you won?t notice that you didn?t. Edit: I decided to give Marcos another... chance and I'm glad I did. The last two pizzas have been outstanding! I don't know what changed, but I have no complaints.Fast, friendly, and above all, tasty pizza. Read more
I absolutely love the Marcos on State road in North Royalton! The employees are super nice and get your order correct how you... order it. I have Never experienced a problem at this location and will continue to order all my pizza from there. Read more
I order from them alot always same hardly any cheese on it. So this time I ordered EXTRA CHEESE and I got with 7 pieces no... cheese nor topping. And when I called the rudest customer service. AND THAT WAS A MANAGER. I'm done with them. Good luck Read more
This store left my pizza outside on the bench of my front porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. When I... called to complain the manager was so rude I couldn?t believe it! I?ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully by anyone andespecially not from someone that is supposed to be serving me as a customer. I called the corporate office this morning toleave a formal complaint and I will NEVER order anything from this store again. I might even drop off the inedible pizza that Icould not receive a refund for in person for them to keep because they also accused me of just wanting a free pizza. Stillabsolutely livid! Sad looking pizza. Skimpy toppings. Too many air bubbles. Little cheese. No thanks! I need to find another pizza... place. Update: Got another pizza (I paid for it). Look at this P.O.S.
