Placed an online order for pickup gave them 10 more minutes than they said they needed. Got here at 545 and I am currently still... waiting. I wasn't greeted and wasn't asked about an app order while standing in the express pick up line. I haven't had thisissue here before. I do understand that places are understaffed I work in a place with the same issues. It would be lessannoying if my presence was acknowledged while still standing here in the express pickup line while the gentleman behind thecounter helps the others placing orders. I thought ordering through the app meant convenience not still waiting in the same lineas everyone else AND still having to place your order. I will not be frequenting this subway again which is sad because it isclose to work and as I said I have NEVER had this issue before. Read more
I don't like the approach a place would not accept coupon printed by subway corporate.
Have been a customer for years. After the new management ( i guess) toke over its a disaster,very slow and poor quality, we were... getting a meat and salad in bread now we are getting bread with a little bit of something. Went in today to get a sub. Spicy Italian. The girl asked me what kind of meat I wanted. Weird. Then moving down the line they... were out of olives and banana peppers. Okkkkk. It?s 6pm on a Thursday. Next. They didn?t have ranch. Didn?t have chipotle.Didn?t have Caesar. Didn?t have Bahja. I said well I don?t know what to get then because you?re out of a lot of things mysandwich gets. I?m sorry I can?t purchase this sandwich. She said next time tell me first. And I said tell you what? This has been my choice of subways for 5 plus years now. As of lately the new staff cant make a sub. Not hard with a cheat sheet... behind the counter. When i order online show up 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done and its still sitting on the counterand not made forgetting items that belong on the sub initially not extras. Joking in american and as soon as i ask them to putthe marinara on since that makes a pizza sub a pizza sub..... They change languages and started clearly talking bad otherwisewhy not just keep speaking english? Won't be returning. Read more

The only reason I am giving it four stars is because out of the 5 times that I have been to this subway since I moved to North... Royalton, 4 of those times have been great and the workers are great! Today, however, was not great. I walked in and the workercouldn't hear me so he messed up my order. I don't know his name, but hes about 5 foot 6 with classes, darker skin. He talksvery quietly so I couldn't here him. But the other four times were great. Read more
The beverage machine is always sticky and the ice always has bits of grime in it?I don?t think they clean the machine.
