This location used to be pretty good...it's awful. Apparently their systems go down all the time. Some recent experiences...we... pull up to the drive through and they say it would be a moment. Ten minutes later we're still sitting there and people behind usstart leaving. I say "Hello?" and they said it would be another minute. Five minutes later and nothing so we leave. I submittedfeedback and received an email from the manager who said that their systems were down. Okay then why didn't they tell us as wesat there for 15 minutes? Another recent experience this past weekend...attempted to go and the drive through was busy but wewere hungry so we waited. We get to the speaker and they say "it's cash only right now, is that okay?" We didn't have cash, sowaiting 30 minutes to find this out? They could have put up a sign or even had someone come out and tell the line of 10+ carsabout the issue. Finally, today we pick up our order from the drive through and it's the wrong order. My partner attempts to goinside to tell them and get the correct order and the door was locked. It was around lunch time, just before 12 p.m. and thedining area isn't open? So he had to wait in line AGAIN and wait for the correct order. No apology. I know this is fast food butthis Taco Bell is awful. We've been going here for years and it's never been this bad with any of the above issues. I hope theyfix things or just close because they're the worst. Read more
Pulled up to order sign and was told it would be a few mins. I said ok and then we waited 18 mins for them to come back on. I... asked why the long wait and was told they were catching up on door dash orders and shift change. Also told after 18 min wait nosodas available. During this wait at least 6-7 cars left out of line behind us. Read more
New interior looks amazing. Although located next to local schools, staff and management set expectations for behavior for... students who come directly from school letting out. Food is always prepared timely and correctly. Read more

Got 2 separate orders. One was handed to us and it was wrong. We held it for 5 minutes while 2 people stood and stared at the... screen without moving. We handed it back when they gave us the first order. They then gave us the second order 3 minutes later.The lady on the headset was clearly annoyed. Our first order had a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese and no mild sauce atall for a $21 order. The second order had one quesadilla that was raw and one that was burned. That bag had only 6 mild sauces.We had $36 in food and got 6 mild total. Not the first time this has happened but they really got us. 10 minutes and both ordershad issues and no sauce. I never complain but comes on. Edit - Another bad experience. Look at this "chicken taco"... like 2bites of chicken, a hard pita thing that didn't move cause it was stale and spicy sauce... If I could give this taco bell a zero I woul! Not only did they forget half of our order but they also put a Mexican pizza on... the bottom of our bag and put another heavy bag on top of that! I won't be returning even though this one is closer! Read more
Ordered from here on uber eats and they gave me my food but they didnt give me my drinks. i paid $6 for 2 large cups. one was a... baja blast and the other one was a regular mtn dew. but they gave me a coke (a soda i dont like) that wasnt even filled up allthe way. and when i reported it to uber eats they gave me $2 credits which is usless because im never going to be using itagain. worst taco bell. go to a different location. filled with lazy staff that doesnt even know how to read an order properlyand make the correct drinks Read more
