Very nice restaurant lose to the Victoria International Airport. Great hang out for all aviation fans, warbirds buffs. You are... sitting almost at the runway looking at the airport terminal on the opposite side. I have to say to food is great. And it won'tbreak your bank account. I had blacked pacific salmon sockeye burger and my wife had meat loaf with mash potatoes. We'drecommend this restaurant to everyone. Read more
What an amazing place. Went for dinner and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our server... was very knowledgeable on the menu and knew the menu well and was able to offer suggestions. Food was so great. Three of us shared a delightful evening. The server was super friendly and a happy soul. The food was excellent. We had been... warned that due to staffing shortages we may experience a delay. But we did not. My friends said the tiramasu was the best. Wewill be sure to return. Thank you. Read more
We enjoyed a lunch at the Spitfire Grill. My 1st time and I was pleasantly surprised. Easy going atmosphere, good Canadian... food. I had the Reuben sandwich with lovely fresh, crisp salad. My husband had a cheeseburger. Great, crispy fries too! Ourwaitress was pleasant and efficient. We will definitely take a drive and have a meal there again. Read more
I would compare the Spitfire Grill to any excellent local restaurant. The prices and quality of food was great. Coffee was good... for sure. The only unfortunate thing was that when I asked for some fruit, yogurt, and granola, the did not have any granola. IfI was originally told they didn?t have any available I would have switched my order. I really liked the location, it definitelyin a unique spot. I have only tried their breakfast! Excellent views, food and above excellent service. Had the liver and onions, the best I've had in years. Fries were tasty and... crispy. Coffee was exceptional and surprisingly good. You know it's great place to eat when it's packed and you're the only non local person in the place. Good food at decent prices... with friendly, quick service. And they have decaf coffee. Blackened salmon sandwich with beef barley soup. Ribs with pastamarina Lemon Merange Pie Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake A 20 minute stroll from the Victoria airport down walking paths will get youhere. Coffee while waiting- good and fresh. Chowder - full of seafood and very tasty. Seafood crepe- full of seafood and flavour -... wanted to lick the plate! (Didn?t). Wait staff very pleasant and good service. Could not have found a better place. Great viewof the busy airport. I?ll be back.. Read more
