I tried to order online but it says it?s not available for this location. I tried calling the store multiple times over a 30... minute period and could never get anybody to answer the phone. This appears to be a common problem at this location based onprevious reviews. I wonder if the owner is aware or even cares how much business they?re missing out on because the employeesdon?t ever answer the phone. Just lost another customer. Read more

Ordered a pizza with no cheese, showed up with cheese, let them know about the mistake and they send a "fixed one" identical to... the last (covered in cheese), so I called again and sat on hold indefinitely until I used a different phone number to call andthat one was answered in a couple minutes, (my phone I ordered with was still on hold). Besides the obvious negligence to foodallergies and safety, it would seem they tried to just ignore me calling back again on the identical issue. Seriously folks,the hell is wrong with y'all?! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! Seriously. I really love Domino's but there is something very wrong with this location,... presumably at the store manager level and higher. I've given this location 6 chances (shame on me). Each and every time thereare problems. -one time I showed up at 6pm and the manager was turning away walk-ins, declining phone orders, and cancellingonline orders because the night manager wasn't coming in. I was lucky to be the last order they'd fulfill. -one time I showedup on time for pickup, waited another 20min more, then they came to me and said they made my pizzas totally wrong, asked if Iwanted them done right? Yes. I did. So I waited another 20min. -last time, 1) I showed up and they were out of salad which Ihad already paid for in the app. The manager had zero empathy and acted bothered that they even had to refund and recharge mefor the adjusted amount. 2) they didn't cut one of the pizzas 3) the pizzas tasted like rancid oil 4) a 60min wait on a Fridayevening, sure, I'm okay with that. But even though I showed up like 2 minutes after the tracker said pizzas were finally ready,the pizzas were lukewarm and visually you could tell they had been sitting for at least 20 minutes. Like they had forgotten toupdate the progress on my order. -toppings are always sloppy and scarce. Sauce not spread nearly far enough towards the edges.Like the pieces are 50% crust. When they do remember to cut your pizza, the cut job is sloppy so pieces range from tiny tohuge. I could go on and on about the other times and elements they get wrong, but my point is... I love Domino's but don'tsupport this location. I will say, besides the grumpy and careless manager I see almost each time, all of the younger people whowork there have been nice and seem like they're trying to do a good job. Ordered delivery at 7:48. At 8:50 i tried to call and ask what was going on, only, nobody answered. So 30 minutes goes by and my... phone chimes, ah would you look at that "your order has been canceled, call the store for details".... so again i try to calland still no answer. So i drive down there, and all three employees were standing around letting the phones ring. I showed himthe screen and he appologized and made my food, 3 hours later.
