***Edited*** I used to love this location. But it seems all of the good employees are now gone. There?s new management here, and... it?s gone downhill within ONE week!! Employees at the North Salt Lake location need to pay more attention to their guest when we order. They have to repeat what like... five hundred times and it?s annoying we hear them laughing and goofing off and when we have to repeat ourselves it?s not fun.Then they get the order wrong and mix up our drink to be totally a mistake on their end and again half of staff is goofing offand all their phones not caring that they have a job. I?m disliking Fiz because of the lack of the quality drink I get now daysorder it seems like you don?t care just want our money. For example ?- When I want a Cherry Pepsi I want Cherry Pepsi notCherry Coke pay attention when making your orders too all kids and owners of this location. The coffee drinks here are always way too strong. I keep trying different ones to find one I like but all of the coffee drinks... I?ve tried taste like black coffee with a little bit of caramel syrup. Please add some sort of creamer to your coffee drinks. Read more
Pulled up to the window and they had gotten my order wrong and made me pay for the right drink. When they handed it to me it... spilled all over. The ?right drink? I had payed extra for turned out not to be the right drink and not even the right soda. ITLITERALLY HAD THE STICKER SAYING WHAT DRINK IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. The kids working here don?t know how to talk to people. Wasn?t the worst customer service I?ve had but everyone just stared when... my girlfriend and I walked in. They didn?t say anything for like two minutes. There wasn?t any other customers there. Oncesomeone came up to take our order she just sat there and didn?t say anything until I said hi and told her what I wanted.
