Store hours online show 24 hours, however, on two different visits this week they were closed both times. First was on a Friday... at 11pm and second was on Tuesday at 830pm. I placed a mobile order and parked in a spot. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. The ice in my Powerade was completely... melted and we were missing all of our dipping sauces, 2 bags of apples, and 3 bottles of water. There was a line in the drivethru and the lobby doors were locked so we couldn't just go in to get our mudding items. I normally don't review fast foodplaces but YIKES. Read more

They shouldn't be able to sell food without allowing access to restrooms so that a person can wash their hands before handling... the food. If you are open, than be open; this drive-up only until 8 a.m. doesn't cut it. Some prices are astronomical! What doesthe clown pay for to make your large fry, and what is being charged?? Read more

Staff is under trained and don?t know how to help a customer when they get your order wrong. The don?t know how to look up an... order after they clear it. Staff keep ask ?is that all? after everything we said. Staff couldn?t have the food ready at once.Manager was more disrespectful then the staff. She didn?t have the time for us when she messed up our order. If anyone isstopping at this McDonald?s I would keep driving by and spend it at another McDonald?s that is up the road.
