Ordered from here because I was looking for something close and different. Was extremely disappointed at first. I ordered online... and got the meat pizza add black and green olives. When the order arrived, the pizza just had black and green olives. I wasupset and immediately called the store. The kid I talked to didn't sound very happy but said they would get a new pizza up tous. When it arrived it was hot and made correctly. The delivery gal said to stay away from online ordering as it doesn't comethrough correctly. I will be sure to call in my order next time! Good pizza and breaded mushrooms! Read more
My first time ordering with North Sioux Townhouse. I tried to call multiple times to place an order, line was busy or they would... answer saying Townhouse please hold, and I would be on hold for a long period of time. So decided to use the online order at4:30. I set to receive my order at 6:15. Received a email when they received my order then received another email it was readybut it was only 5:00. I called and again it was very difficult to get through. Once I did the lady said dont use that onlineorder to call in my order. She changed the time for me. When it was time to pick it up we waited nearly a half an hour past ourpick up time waiting on the food to discover our wings were sitting on the counter cold waiting for them to get us our order.All of our food was cold. Absolutely the best pizza!!! We ordered the supreme combo. The toppings were thick, chunky, and plentiful. Crust was thin and... crispy. We?ll always order from these guys when we pass through. Read more
Well established family owned Pizza Restaurant. Original recipes from their Homemade pizzas and sides including ranch and... sauces. With Smart TVs in every corner showing variety of channels to suit any and all Costumers. Specials daily to keepcostumers coming back. Quality and quantity both at a spectacular level that requires leftovers with in my opinion was just astasty as the very first bite! Read more
This was the first time we have ordered from Town House. We ordered online to pick up. After I placed the order, there was... nothing to tell me WHEN to pick up the order. We just waited about 15 minutes and went to get it. Anyway... we ordered anall meat pizza with green olive added to one half. Got the pizza home and we had a 1/2 all meat 1/2 green olive pizza! Icalled and was told that's the way the order came through. I explained that on the app that is not how it is and that maybethat should be looked at and fixed. I was told again that that was the way it came through.... no apology or anything. Verypoor customer service. Read more
We were pleased with the sampler platter and the naked wings and sweet chili garlic were phenomenal! The reason I gave four... instead of five stars was not only because it was a bit pricey but the website said the price was $22.25 for the wings and$10.50 for the sampler platter. When I asked about the price when I picked up my order he said the prices have went up and thewebsite had not been updated! He didn?t even attempt to compensate the difference. That?s over $11 that I may have left a tipbut it went to the price of the food. Read more
Average pizza not amazing and not bad. The interior could be updated and there parking can be tight if busy at the strip mall. I... ordered a large 2 topping pizza and had it to go. The pizza was good but not worth the cost in my opinion. I may give them ashot next time I am in town. Read more
Been ordering from them for just about 7 years now. I live outside of town and its the only place that will deliver. I was told... there is a $2 charge to deliver to me. Im not sure if that is right but I dont mind. What I do mind is the delivery drivertelling me I dont tip enough. Now mind you for a large combo its $26.38. Not cheap, but they're pretty good compared to big boxstores. But to have the driver tell me, "I gotta say this, you don't tip enough for me to drive all the way out here." (6miles). I get why he's upset. Apparently the drivers get paid $6.50/hr and don't get reimbursed for gas. But, how am i supposedto knows? So you'd think for a delivery charge on top of a $24+ pizza someone would be getting paid. If you don't properlycompensate employees they don't care. And when they don't care the customer suffers. On they other hand if you feel like you'reunderpaid... quit. You have lost my business. Read more
