I tried calling and was hanged up on numerous times, then your employee kept saying this is Domino's please hold then hanged up... on many times over. I would recommend you as the boss to investigate, business will be lost. Yes I keep calling. Youremployees must hate working or taking orders. My one star will stand unless other. Read more

Order on Tuesday to get it Wednesday! WOW is all we can say. The worst service. Never arrives. No one calls to warn you it will... be 3 hours. Nothing! You should not advertise delivery when you don't really intend to deliver! Read more

Usually does not answer their phone. Deliveries are usually late, and food is not prepared well at all. I live closer to the... woonsocket location, yet since the north smithfield location opened they force me to use them. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ORDERINGPICKUP FROM WOONSOCKET. Read more

This is the third time in a row we have had an issue. Last time we ordered a pizza and it was raw still slimy and doughy.i was... told I would redirect a credit for the pizza next time I ordered. I called to use it and they have no record of it. Before thatthey sent us 2 wrong items with our order. Not a happy experience. Read more

Awful. Pizza took an hour to get here. App tracking said it was "being inspected" for 45 minutes. When driver arrived I asked if... it was going to be cold since it was ordered an hour ago. He said it had been "under heat lamps and should be fine". It lookedand tasted like it had been under heat lamps for 45 minutes. Disgusting. Never again. Read more

Better check your order while you are there or before the delivery person leaves. Got half of what I paid for and they offer to... just remain the pizza they forgot the toppings for. I?ll never order or buy from this location again. I was a weekend customerfor about the last 7 years but they chose it this way?. Read more

Where to begin? always takes well over an hour, even though website says 35 minutes when you order. That?s just the basic... complaint. Ordered once and they NEVER showed up, never called, and found out there was a power outage so, ok I get it, but noteven a call the next day or anything. Last order this past week I got a call from them over 45 mins after I ordered (saidestimated delivery within 34 mins by the way) and the person said the order was going to take AT LEAST another 90 minutes?! Asked for a manager and that was a mistake! Got no good answer or customer service just stated that they are short staffed. Iasked why they didn?t call when I placed the order instead of 45 mins later and got no response. TERRIBLE! I know these arefranchises and it?s hard to get help nowadays but I?m all set! Giving Dominos a really bad name up here. I always get theemail from corporate stating ?sorry we did not live up to expectations? blah blah with a minimal coupon good for use within 7days. Why would I order again for a couple dollars off and wait forever, if they even show up?! Read more

This is the Buffalo chicken pizza they sent me. Completely burnt, almost no cheese. And the hot sauce was just dumped on top,... probably with a bucket. The whole thing just tastes like burnt hot sauce. I am shocked someone let this pizza leave the store???? Read more
