Felt bad for the poor girl training on the drive thru window as the women training her was brash and abrasive. She was repeating... order back to us and when I noticed there was a sandwich short the trainer cut me off mid sentence looked at me and said shegot the order. And wouldn't you know our order was wrong. Not only was the sandwich missing so was our beverage. So my son hadto go into resturant for corrections. Now if the trainer on the window had any customer service skills she would have handledthe matter professionally and been able to correct it on the spot. I hope employees don't follow in her foot steps.. Who doesthe hiring??? How do they decide who is professional enough to represent the company. Always poor customer service at thisestablishment. Food was decent a bit sloppy but it is McDonald's. Management needs a reevaluation for sure!!! Read more

Best experience ever from staff and manager after a previous experience from next store establishment..... Here's why... I... have left several posts with 5 star ratings about Texas Roadhouse and I have left this location very happy in the past when Ihave taken my family of 5 here or others with us. Tonight (11/5) was a different story. We sat at 5:50 and placed drink orders.When the waitress came back we did our meals and no appetizers. After a hour of waiting receiving a (1) drink service and a (1)basket of bread when we walked in, my children started to get upset that our dinner had not come out. The waitress said sorryand then disappeared. Starting to get frustrated and trying to keep my children from being a disruption to other patronseating their dinners. As I looked around, three other tables that came in after us have sat, received their drinks, appetizers,& dinners as we sat and still waited. We asked another waiter to called over the manager. We saw them in our area more than ourown. When the manager came over she basically told us to fly a kite in her unprofessional way. I'm a very patient person. As amanager, I deal with the public problems all day at work. I understand when there is a problem I fix it. I make sure that thecustomer leaves my establishment happy even if it costs a few dollars. I know a satisfied customer is going to return and bringme more business. I also know if they leave angry I lose more business because they will tell friends and family... Tonight, at7:05 I walked out of the restaurant. Left the bill and the food that was still not at the table there. The manager wanted me topay full price for everything. If Texas Roadhouse did there job I would have paid and paid well for the service. I work too hardand many hours for my money. I will not pay for a service that wasn't there. After getting the kids in the car, my wife and Ihad to figure out dinner. Next store there is a McDonald's. I highly recommend it. The staf Read more

The guy in the first window was very pleasant.The girl in the second window was not thrilled to be working there. She was actual... abrupt with our driver because they had the drinks wrong. The food was good. Read more

I have mixed reviews for this location...morning staff is AMAZING! Afternoon staff however can't seem to handle a "double... cheeseburger, add bacon, no mustard" More than one attempt at this order, and multiple fails... Again, morning staff is great. Read more

I will change this review rating to 5 stars if for once, ONE TIME, I receive a full carton of fries, and they're not flopping... over, rubbery, or cold. It was busy when I went through the drive thru today (took almost 10 minutes) so you would think thefries would be hot and fresh - I was hopeful. Got home (3 minutes away) - I was disappointed. McDonald's North Smithfield claims to be open at 5am and my husband and I go there at 530am to get a quick breakfast and sit at... DT speaker for 5 minutes and nothing...so we thought maybe we'd drive around to check business hours , it states 5am and to oursurprise there are workers inside, so we go back around thinking maybe they got a late start and still nothing, we left anddrove all the way to Lincoln but not without calling first. I think this will be our last visit to McDonald's...what happened tothis company? Oh and they are not open 24 hours as stated online. Read more

This was BY FAR the worst fast food Ive received from McDonald's in years!!! My fries where barely warm and the cheeseburgers I... received were so stale I would have thought it had been sitting on the side of the road for days! My bum was NOT even close toedible!! It was beyond stale...I couldn't even swallow it despite the fact I was starving. And if you've been to a McDonald'slately, you know that their prices are above that of fast food prices. Stopped by to grab a Big Mac to go, got it home and I find they sold me a Peter North special. Not only was there an entire tube... of Big Mac sauce dumped on it, but the buns were very stale. What kind of McDonalds do this? Read more
