I went here for a regular size Donaire. It wasn't the best I've had but hit the spot. I will try a different spot when I travel... with Marine Atlantic. The staff were very polite! I was not amazed, but it was "alright". Need to fix that front door, but thankyou! Read more
The pizza was fantastic, thin and crispy and I waited about 5 minutes maximum
Expensive ,small portions,very little cheese.Pizza turnover was not fully cooked.Doughy on the inside.Will not be returning.
Go elsewhere. Couldn't get the order right, couldn't make a salad at all, no gf crust (backorder) donair was overdone and not... overly tasty. Staff were more occupied laughing and carrying on in the kitchen in the back than waiting on tables. There wasdefinitely a drought because we never got any drink refills. Read more

Horrible service. Ordered a glass of water and got a bottle of water which I was charged $1.50 for. Asked to substitute the... pasta that came with my chicken parm for a Caesar salad and was told that would be fine. When the bill came I was charged fullprice for the dinner plus a full price charge for the Caesar salad!!!! I question this and the waitress who went to the kitchento discuss with the cook who I am assuming is the owner or manager and who then promptly refused to adjust my bill and in theprocess was rolling her eyes in annoyance. I then asked for the pasta that I was charged for to be given to me in a takeoutcontainer since I had to pay for it regardless. The same cook/owner/manager felt it was appropriate to laugh at the request. Inaddition, the business really seems to be struggling for help as the waitress?s were very inexperienced. Food was deliveredwithout cutlery and plates for patrons to eat from and then had to wait several minutes to receive and when asked a questionlike, how big is your slice of pizza?, she didn?t know?said ?it is a decent size?! Joe?s Pizza and Italian Fare is on Commercial Street near the Newfoundland Ferry dock and Hotel North. We stopped in for dinner.... We had ?Flips? which are like calzone The original fillings are pepperoni, green peppers, cheese and sauce. The Caesar salad wasa meal sized salad that we split. The medium pizza that suppose to be 14" was actually 12", taste acceptable but a place to avoid. In the kitchen was 3 persons,... another 1 come from outside, all wear normal clothes, no hair net, no kitchen clothes. Garlic fingers have a big NO! Nothingrelated to an italian restaurant, only the name...lucky with the ferry passengers that "bite" that. Read more
