This place is the worst franchise that I visited ever straight across Canada you got about a 50/50 chance on getting your order... correct but when you drive away and are miles from the store you realize that your order is either half there or totally wrongor somebody else?s and if you go back they give you the excuse that we?ll were only make minimum wage what do you expect? Thishas happened multiple times We expect to have ourcorrect order no matter if your making 50$ an hour! My family will never everreturn to this location again and will go across the street to the Tim Hortons or Wendys and will be telling everyone about myhorrible experience with this so call restaurant with who ever that I can tell ! Accurate order . However every McDonald's the same, mobile order, they always ask for payment at window and we need to remind... them it's a mobile order before we can move on ... On a good note, McDonald's doesnt process payment until passing paymentwindow, unlike Tim Hortons who takes payment when placing mobile order then telling you at the window they don't have somethingyou've ordered. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Woman on the drive through kept talking over me while I was trying to place my order. Mixed... up everything, wouldn't listen. Had to repeat myself multiple times. Gave us a plain McChicken instead of Spicy Habanero. BigMac tasted like it was hours old and has been microwaved. Bun was dry and chewy. Fries were all tiny pieces. Charged us $1.50for 3 McChicken sauce, which were in little cups, not the packets. Very obvious that the franchise owner is more concerned aboutlining their pockets than providing good customer service. We should have gone to Wendy's across the road instead. Read more
