Fairly clean and basic subway. Not overly up to date. But the biggest reason for this bad review is the excruciatingly slow... service. Two ladies working, (both have been working there some time) one was just starring at the other one putting a subtogether, instead of taking another order. 15 minutes standing in line, they did up one sub. One. With 3 people in line ahead ofus. Not even chatting. Just...slow as molasses. Noticeably taking there time. Or not trying to work at a possible fasterpace. They were waiting standing there for a number of things, when there was space and time for them to start another task ordo something else. Not harping on them personally. Because I?m sure they would work great at a local diner or something sweetat their pace. But it?s a fast food joint. ?FAST FOOD? No one was being rude, but it was noticeable every in line was in ahurry. We should all be more mindful & present with one another. The people going there were nurses on break, anotherconstruction worker (likely one break), and us (also on the road/timely eating). ~ as we overheard in conversation. 20 minutesand they still hadn?t run up that one Sub. So we had to leave. Not waiting around at a fast food joint for an estimated 30+minutes when you can get a sit down meal at the same amount of time. Good food. Always expensive. Service is similar to an assembly line, but it works!
This Subway has excellent sandwich artists. They are kind and they are considerate. The bathroom situation needs some attention,... maybe a power washing would help. Also, the new Green Goddess sauce is terrible, it ruined my sub this evening... Read more
I think the staff at our local Subway are fantastic, because it is our local spot!! But the staff here are great. Always... friendly and they usually get through a lineup really quick. Keep up the good work!! Read more
our family like the healthier ingredient of subway. Nice n helpful staff at N Sydney Subway. She put a sticker to distinguish... the half with cheese from another of a foot long. the first time I got this thoughtful service from Subway. Bravo! Read more
It was ok. They were out of the bread we like. The pop machine was putting out more carbonation than pop. I tried to order... through the mobile app and it would not let me add anything that was not standard to the sub. Read more
