I've never experienced a long wait, even on a Friday night. Staff is friendly and courteous and food is always hot and... delicious. They offer a great deal of options and combinations for sides. If you're looking for a list of adult beverages you'llneed to ask because they don't provide you one. But with a full bar, if you know what you like they'll probably be able to makeit. Vestibule is always toasty warm during the winter months. Read more

This place usually has good food, but last night they were off, perhaps due to short staffing in the kitchen or some other... issue. I ordered the chicken parmesean, my fiancee ordered the eggplant parmesean, both took forever to come from the kitchen, and when they did, it seemed like we were being served somebody's leftovers. Staff was friendly enough. I recommend ordering thepizza over the entree's, that's what they're good at. And expect to sit there for awhile, we had to wait until a passing hostsaw us sitting there waiting for our server, to ask for our check and a box, for food that we really didn't want to take, butcouldn't afford to just go to waste. Stick with the pizza and wings, they can't screw that up. Been going to this location foryears, and regret having to give this review, but like every place, they're going down hill. Read more

Had a lunch date with my cousin and my sister in law on 11/2 at 12:30. The food was great. Our waitress was awesome!!!! I'm... sorry I didn't not get her name. She was the best waitress, accommodating...attentive...cheerful..and witty. We plan oncoming back because the food was excellent but we will be praying we get the same waitress! Read more

My husband and I had our favorite dish, scallops, for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. We don't live in Syracuse, we actually... live in Idaho. Our daughter lives in Syracuse and and every time we visit we make it a must to eat at Twin Trees 3. The food isfantastic, there's a good amount of food choices. Ours happens to be the scallops, Yum. But even more important than the food, albeit that's what keeps us coming back, is the staff. We had great service and after a couple of days I realized I lost mycredit card. I called the restaurant to see if I left it there. And yes, I did. Since we had just flown back home they weregracious enough to mail my card back to me. I got my card back today. They are honest and ethical. I appreciated that no onestole my card. I would check my account everyday and there were no unauthorized transactions. So a huge thank you to your staffand management for taking great care of this customer! I'll see you on our next visit to beautiful Syracuse, NY. Read more

Quick service! Had a personal pepperoni pizza, and it was fabulous. Ordered fries for an appetizer. They were also top-notch.... (Plus, I was given a new GLASS bottle of ketchup. It was fun to bang on the bottom of it with my hand. A nice throwback!) Theplace is located right across the street from Toss & Fire, another joint I really like. Can't think of anything regarding themeal that would have made my visit here any better. That said, I'd prefer it if the lighting in the dining room was a bitbrighter. Read more
