Horrible service. I've ordered here a couple times in the past few months and most of the time they take forever to ring people... through or give orders. Today I used the app which does not specify a pickup time and so I came in 10 min later and waited formy hashbrowns. When I asked the manager if my food was ready he said he called out the order a while ago and I wasn't there sohe put it away and was super rude about it. This location consistently let's me down. Service was slow and it took too long to get to us, although attention to our order was fine. Pop machine and juice machine... flavour was way off, I suspect something was wrong with the water. They gave me a new root beer, from the other tap, and it wasstill bad. The food itself was about average, although my wife had an allergic reaction to something from the food. Likely beefcontamination from not cleaning the grill before cooking the beyond meat. Not the worst one I've been too, but bad enough thatI needed to say something. Read more
