First impression of angry otter. Great setting, not loud or busy but nice and enjoyable with some nice classic playing. Servers... were very attentive and not very busy for a Friday evening so a perfect stop. Amazing beer selections. If was hard to choosefrom especially when new and if you didn't already try the various selections they offered. I asked for a recommendation fromone of the lovely servers and enjoyed a fat tug, not anything new but very enjoyable so thank you. For the food it was prettybasic which is why right now I put it at a 4 star. The burger you could taste the pork and beef but outside of that i got theTimber cruiser and it was pretty basic. Nice and enjoyable but I enjoyed the salted fries(so crispy and fresh) more then theburger. Highly recommend as a place to stop to enjoy their bar and beer selections so far. Really good pizza here! Wish they continued to offer their award winning pizza, but we were told it was a special limited time... offer to celebrate the award. Would make more sense if they kept their award winning pizza as a permanent menu item. Our serverwas great. She remembered us, and even remembered our last visit and what we ordered. Massive improvement over Hearthstone. I am so happy that we gave this place a second chance. My veg pizza, cooked in the wood... fire oven, was perfect. Best crust I have had in ages. I am also very happy that they opened up the beer selection to otherbreweries. Lots to sample here. Nice back patio too! Read more

Great beer selections, and the pizzas were one of the best I've had in Vancouver

Came in for a Burger and a beer! This place nailed it. Enjoyed a Maple Bourbon Bacon burger. Awesome flavor throughout the... burger with sweet and savory tones. Service was fast and attentive. I asked for the extra pickles as well and was given4 extra spears. <3 There are quite a few places in Norvan who can't seem to get how to season a burger or use more than justground beef in their patty and have the audacity to charge $20 for it.
