I have to say thank you again to the barista working at the lonsdale location at 6:30 PM October 9 as she went above and beyond... to communicate with my autistic son and help him pick out a square to have with his orange juice. He was having a stressfulnight with a lot of people for a thanks giving dinner and this made his day calling him down. Read more

Should be ZERO stars. Worst service ever. 3 Blenz workers behind the counter laughing and speaking Farsi - COMPLETELY ignoring... me. I waited 5 minutes to order brewed coffee that was already made. They made me wait 10 minutes to pour it. There were atleast 7 people waiting for their coffee looking very frustrated. I will NEVER go back. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE UNNECESSARYTORMENT! This branch has a good location with good quality of coffee, not something great just average. I wouldn?t say I liked the carrot... zucchini that I ordered, and it wasn?t fresh. Also, the indoor was a mess, and I understand that because of the new lockdown,the indoor is close, but putting stuff like that doesn?t look nice. Besides, the outdoor tables were filthy, all of them, and Icleaned one to sit by myself. There wasn?t any hand sanitizer around, so I asked the only person there to gave me some from theback!!! The floor was the same as the outdoor tables. They really should care more about the cleaning and leave some sanitizerfor the customer. Read more
