Had a horrible experience at this location. The manager Kat was unfriendly, extremely rude and slow to make my order. Being the... only customer in the store and two employees, I waited over 20 minutes for an order of 4 smoothies. She had prioritized orderscoming through on UberEats/Skip before finishing my order. When I politely asked approximately how much longer (needed to pickup my daughter from school) she did not acknowledge me but rather, she asked me to ?stop being entitled.? I was appalled by hercustomer service, or lack there of. She declined to give me a refund for my 4th smoothie which I could not stay to wait for.Unfortunately, I will not return to this location again. The owners need to be aware of how awful the store manager is andshould consider how her attitude may effect their business in the long run. Read more

Unbelievably atrocious experience with the manager, Kat (a Filipina lady(just in case she gave me a wrong name)). I walked in... with only 2 customers, a father and son, in the store. Kat was finishing their order? but even though the chime went off, shedid not greet me, say she would be right with me, or even look over to say ?hi?. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and aftera minute or two, I said ?hello? with a smile, and she looked over extremely unpleased with me and said ?hello?? with a lot ofattitude. I was shocked to say the least and she basically continued to behave like I was a huge inconvenience. After shefinished the order, did a little cleanup, and then went to talk to her associate, she finally approached the till. I asked ifeverything was okay, and started to rant about how she was so busy when I walked in, and how frustrating her job is? I was moredisgusted and appalled than I?ve ever been at any establishment prior, so I couldn?t even bring myself to order anything, andjust walked out. The worst part for me is that I am moving to that area. But after this experience, I will never step foot inthis specific Booster Juice again. Read more

I used to love your tropi kale smoothie. I wasn?t feeling good and spent a fortune on having skip deliver it. It?s not a... smoothie anymore. I?m drinking kale pineapple and ice. There is definitely no frozen yogurt in it. And it?s kinda gross becausemostly it?s an ice / kale slushie . I poured some out and that?s visibly what it looks like not just tastes. I?m extremely letdown. Won?t be getting anymore supposed yogurt smoothies there again. Waste of my money. Read more

It took 25 minutes to get a smoothie. Any other location and any other smoothie vendor doesn't take this long. Will not return.

The staff who work here are lovely but there are never enough of them. Anytime you try to get a smoothie here, there are usually... at least 2 people already waiting and a long line of people that will show up after you -- I'd argue a chunk of them will leavewithout ordering because it takes so long. I don't know if prioritizing UberEats and delivery apps is the issue or if there justaren't enough people to go around but it's pretty bad. Read more

I've been in this store for a couple of times. The service is really fast and the staff are always nice and welcoming. Their... smoothies and juices are all so good and refreshing.
