Meh... I came to Chipotle thinking it would be great from what I've heard from Ameri-friends. I asked the girl making my... burrito, what a barbacoa was..... Shredded beef. That's all she knew. As it was being assembled, barely any meat. I haveabsolutely no clue what makes this place remotely interesting. I've had better luck with Burritos across the street withTacomio. I guess if you're on this side of the street you can eat here. This will probably be my last time eating here. Nothingspecial.... If I wanted meat, I'd get more out of a quarter pounder from McDonald's. Taste better too with fewer calories.Basically 1000 with the burrito vs 500 with the quarter pounder. Read more

Spoken to very rudely by the person who served me (12pm, Friday 7th). Put things in the burrito without telling me, then raised... voice like I was a rude child when I asked for clarification on what?s the difference between the unmarked tubs of ingredients.Shame, I really wanted to eat but won?t be back. There?s something not working at this location. The staff are always unhappy; my guac today was quite brown (and tasted like it... was missing lime or lemon; waste of $9), and it?s really quite empty in the storefront for lunchtime on Saturday. As it?s beenopen for a while, I wish they?d get their recipes right and also give their staff positive motivation and reason to enjoyworking there. I like Chipotle so much, so I go here 2-3 times a week. Today, the female employee who worked between 2-3pm gave very little... amount compared to other employees before. So I was very disappointed. I couldn't feel full so I had to buy another food. It wasa bowl, and it used to look like a mountain if you see beside of it, but it looked flat and most of edge part of the plate wasempty. All their employees are rude and really don?t want to be there. They give small half scoop portions and you actually have to... tell them to fill up the scoop? but when you tell them, they roll their eyes and are rude about it. If I could give them 0 starsI would. So if you order through a delivery service, expect small half portions if you order a regular portion. Small portions and not very friendly staff. Seems to be a review war between Chipotle and Tacomio. Suspiciously there are 22... 5-star reviews in just the last week for a staff named Mehak. Many false reviews to pad their stats, seeing the same thing onTacomio too. For the record, neither are great but at least TacoMio has huge portions, just their guacamole is so expensive! Read more

My first North Vancouver Chipotle experience was not great. The person serving us, kept skipping over some of the toppings and... had to be reminded that I like some of that. Once done, one cashier was attending to a take out order, while 2 other staff werechatting behind the counter, totally ignoring us for about a minute. Finally, cashier attended to us. I asked for cups forwater and she said that there be a charge fi etc that. First time ever, I was being charged for a cup to drink waterfrom. Food was good, though smaller portion than QDoba or Tacomia. I won?t be returning back to the North Van branch thoughwill go to Chipotle in the states as they seem to know what a good service is. Chipotle Mexican Grill Friday, 7 pm, after work, had a shower, don't want to cook, where to eat? I don't want to go far. Peers... have been pestering me lately to go to Chipotle.
