Can't go wrong with Dominos Pizza! They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from and which you can also customize. My... friend and I ordered online and the order was ready in about 15mns which was great because we were pretty hungry! The servicewas good and staff were friendly. Read more
Called the store after noticing that my online order wasn't showing up, only to be greated by a very rude and nonapologetic... girl. She told me my order was cancelled because they couldn't reach me on my phone (I have no missed calls or voicemail at allfrom them) and their reason is that they apparently call their new customers to confirm who they are before placing the orderfor real. though, the tracker online was showing that my pizza was made and being delivered but in fact, it was never evenprepared. To me it just sounded like they don't trust their clients and want to make sure I ordered a pizza for real. I placeddozens of orders through the Domino website through the years (never with that specific store) and never ever ran into anyproblem. They might want to review their processes and also change their approach and attitude with their clients. Read more
