So I order a large half and half pizza over the phone for $28+ tax. Then when I pick it up the guy tells me I should have... ordered two mediums as it would have been cheaper with their buy one get one 50% off and with more actual pizza, but he was toobusy over the phone to tell me when I ordered. Partly my own fault for not reading the online menu fully, but I was in a rush.No effort from him to help or fix the problem. Lame. EDIT The owner/ manager responded to this message shortly after I placed itand offered me a discount on a future pizza if I would remove or change this review. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. Overpriced pretentious pizza with very little flavour. One of the worst crusts I've ever had on a pizza.

This is our FAVOURITE pizza!! Fair pricing, generous toppings and cheese without having to add or pay for extra cheese like... other pizza places these days. Toppings are partially under the cheese which we love, and some of their dips are house made andthey are really good! I must mention the herb whole wheat crust is VERY good and adds to the flavour of the pizza. I haven?tcome across this type of crust anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and nice. Pizza is always prepared hot, fresh and in atimely manner. We have already been back here 3 or 4 times. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Love it! Read more

#1 - They would not honour their BOGO 50% off promo because we got half/half pizzas. Even though nothing on their website... mentioned this exception and you pay $2 or $3 premium for a half and half pizza. #2 - Their *New* Italian pizza says it comeswith bocconcini. We ordered a half Italian pizza. It had no bocconcini. When we called to complain we were told the chef hasbeen making this pizza for 3 years and it has no bocconcini. It states clearly on the menu that it came with bocconcini. It saysclearly on the website it has bocconcini, but we just got excuses with no resolution from the chef. He wouldn?t even check tosee what we?re talking about. Just said he?s made it this way off the recipe for a long time. After spending $60 for 2 barelywarm medium pizzas, you?d expect a bit more customer service for a premium priced pizza. You can check out my picture forfurther proof of what the menu says. . #3 - This pizza is not good enough to justify the price. I will never order a full pizzaagain. Horribly overpriced. I recommend panago or even Pizza Hut. If you want a decent quality pizza that actually know how toprofessionally put on promotions and treat their customers. #4 - We were told to try on back in 20 minutes to talk to themanager but why could they not call us back? They had already done so when they sold us a pop they didn?t have in stock. But Iguess what?s the point, we?re never going back. Strongly recommend you to go somewhere else. Came in at 11 when they first opened and they had cold pizza when I asked if it was made today the guy would not say yes or no... but just reply with we just opened. If I?m going to pay almost $5 per slice it should be fresh and hot not hard and cold. Read more

Waited over an hour for the pizza when they said it would take 25 mins, and found a hair in the ranch we got. Pizza was... mediocre. Overall bad experience. Edit for reply: This order was from 2 weeks ago. Not sure what gave you the impression thatthis order was today. None of the 3 staff who were working were wearing any sort of hair band/net.
