Just had an Absolutely shocking experience, the team members were super rude and seemed they didn?t know anything about customer... service at all! Friendly advice: stop giving yourselves positive reviews and take responsibility for your poor customerservice. I usually don?t give reviews, but I just wanted to let people know what are they dealing with. I ordered a pizza theother day, when I went down there to pick it up, one of the team members just aggressively told me my order is not ready andI?ll have to wait for an hour! I understand if you are busy but you?ll just have to learn how to behave! Wouldn?t recommend thislocation to anyone and I?m quite sure I won?t be back there ! My opinion? Visiting from YEG and decided to stop in for a couple slices and the boys on night shift were awesome and very accommodating... ?. Was able to purchase fresh out the oven ready to go slices in mere minutes upon my request ? & was pleased with the qualityand service ??. I received a really terrible pizza from Freshslice yesterday evening via Skip the Dishes. I posted a one star review for the... Esplanade location but later found out from Skip the Dishes that the pizza came from the Lynn Valley location. Despite this, theStore Manager Ben Asadi from the Esplanade location, contacted me with an apology and even though his location didn't mess upthe pizza, he offered to send me another pizza free of charge. When my doorbell rang at 5pm, Ben (the store manager) hadhand-delivered the pizza personally to apologize for the terrible food we received from the Lynn Valley location. In fact, heeven added a free order of cheesy bread. Thanks Ben Asadi, for taking the time to fix our issue and deliver an awesome pizza (itlooked wayyyyy better than the terrible pizza we received from the Lynn Valley location). You've restored our faith in yourcompany and we will definitely order again (just not from Lynn Valley). Thanks for providing amazing service!! :) Read more
Quality and service is at par with best Freshslice outlets.. the butter chicken pizza is so so great.. we were dominos loyal but... now converted.. Staff and Manager are very good. Can't believe the calories chart attached but it's the icing on the cake.. Read more
Not overly impressed here. Pizza had decent flavours, quality ingredients but our pizza was overcooked. Crust was like... cardboard. Didn?t hold up well for leftovers. Dominos on 3rd St. is better. Read more
