Worst experience ever! Checked the menu online for Haida pizza , medium size $14 , large $24 , xlarge $35 , ordered a large size... pizza and they charged me $40.00! Apparently pizza base price is $15 and the different sizes add to it?s price, eg, when youwant to order a medium size pizza price would be $15+$26 which is super silly and rare! Moreover, never on the website mentionsanything about it! A normal medium size pizza price is about $24 no one expects to add that $24 to the base price! Used to love this place but had a horrible experience today which sadly made me change my mind. Imagine you're going through the... payment and when the tipping page comes, all of a sudden the cashier reaches for the 20% tip button and pushes it like it's apretty normal thing to do, even though she didn't even bother to clean the table right and talked to us like a messy teenager athome. Feel like she robbed me of her tip. Food's not as good as before too. There wasn't any cheese in the cheese sausagesandwich, the sausage didn't taste good and the bread was almost outdated. Giving only two stars cuz the pizza was alright and Iknow the owner is a good guy. Hope to see better staff and they bring back their delicious Haida sandwiches I used to worship. Read more
The girl who has curly black hair and has a tan skin was rude to me. I recommend you staff to interview a person before hiring... them. Not only people like her make your business not look so good, they also make some customers hate the place. I used to be a regular Haida Sandwich customer and I used to go to this place few times a week. cheese sausage sandwich used to... be my favorite one. Today I drove all the way from Coquitlam to North Van to get this sandwich and it was the worst Sandwich Iever had in my entire life. The sausage had completely a different quality it was not the same at all. Very very poor qualityand half of the sandwich filled with lettuce. Overall terrible. I am not sure if staff or ownership changed however if theycontinue to make Sandwiches like this they will be out of business soon. READ THIS FIRST BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! We spent $160 for 2 Haida special, 2 Haida Royal (the one with hot dog) 2 Large... Haida pizza and one burger! I can?t believe that they use canned mushrooms in sandwich, pizza, and mexican corn! None of thesefoods that we ordered were worth a penny! Very low quality in both types of sandwiches, for the pizza we had to throw the entirething away because we were scared ending up in the hospital with the level of salt the pizzas contained also very thick andsuper dry crust, and for the burger you are better off to eat $3 McDonald's cheese burger rather than spending $12 and can?teven have a bite of it!
