the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life, the rudest person works there and seriosly the company needs to re think... hiring her. i dont know her name but she was working tonight and she was drinking beer on shift and she swered at me when i wasliving the store. i will never step in there store again and i will make sure to tell my friends and family about my experience. The value just isn’t there. I ordered meatballs and garlic bread and it was three meatballs and a quarter of a hot dog bun.... The taste was good. I live locally and have given this place so many chances, but it is by far the most terrible service I have ever experienced. Be... it from the overdone, so dry chicken wings (that I was even argued with about), or the laissez-faire attitude of thenever-presesnt service staff (who are not busy and I see just gossiping with each other at the service stations), who doabsolutely nothing (and coming from service experience myself I know how little their effort was), save yourself the trouble anddo not support this. P.S. if I could give 0/5 stars I would. Once again this is NOT after a one-off experience, this has beenthe norm the past 4 or 5 times I've gone. I want a better restaurant in my local area!! They have "jacked" up their prices and the food quality has dropped!! I was very disappointed tonight. We had to return our... artichoke and feta dip because it came to the table barely warm!! The caesar kale salad was dry and when we asked for moredressing we were given a small side that barely held a teaspoon! The place was empty for a Saturday night so there was no excusefor food that wasn't perfect! I've been coming here for over 20 years and the last two visits I've had have been verydisappointing! The bar-restaurant has been a staple of the Lonsdale area since before I was born. It went through a renovation and... revitalization several years ago. Firstly, I wanna say I am impressed with their menu items, I feel like they've stepped theirgame up over the years in many ways and it shows on their menu. The bowls for example that I've tried are top notch and wellconstructed. I would rate this place higher if some of the servers there were more on the ball. I go quite regularly to thisbar because it's right near our apartment. Many times, the servers I've had here just aren't quite attentive enough. A few timesthey've brought me the wrong items, and I feel like most of them don't know their menu very well. Maybe these servers werenew. Never the less, the establishment is very well maintained and I think they take good care of it. The restrooms for exampleevery time I've used them seem clean and attended to. Their outdoor space is great during a warm summer evening, there are alsoplenty of big tvs showing all sorts of sporting events. If you're in the area, check Jacks out. Read more

Jack's as it is known on Lonsdale is a great after-work hangout. The locale is very stylish and well chosen and modern. It is... more of a "pub" than a restaurant. The selection of food is good for a pub, the beer is cold and there is a reasonableselection of wine. They have happy hour... by far is the most fun on Fridays late afternoon. Admittedly the crowd changes after7pm and it becomes a little more cozy when the lights are dimmed. For the Sports fan...there are a lot of screens. The pricesare in line with other places of similar stature. The servers are very pleasant and the service is attentive and prompt. We hada great time the last time we were there and we'll be sure to visit again. Good place for a casual meet or a group get-together. Read more

Really nice Caesar... !! Had heard their Caesar’s were good from a colleague so thought I would give it a go one night after... work. Met a friend and we had the classics...Natchos, Wings and our Caesar’s. They were all delightful. Pricing ok. Service is great! Friendly warm vibe. Read more
