ordered a medium cheese pizza, worker turned around and gave me one from the warmer that has the ones inside waiting for... pick-up. driest pizza I've ever had, was probably sitting in there for hours should have eaten the cardboard box and it wouldhave been better. Read more

They couldn't deliver the order due to no drivers. I called the store, the guy on the phone told me my order had been refunded.... Not sure what's going on but its now been three weeks and I haven't had a refund, called the store to explain. I was then toldI'd be called back by the manager. It's been a week since then, called again today and I was told the same thing. Completelyuseless. Thanks for stealing my 30 bucks! Avoid. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. He just throw the mechine in front of me to pay. Terrible!!

One of my first jobs was at a Little Caesars. Stepping into this place brings memories. Ordered online and came a couple... minutes before the scheduled pickup. They were just finishing up my order exact to the time they said it would be ready. We werefeeding 7 young teens so I was worried I didn't have enough food. They had ready to go pizzas which made the pickupquick. Pizzas were a hit as were the crazy bread (some other reviewers complained about burnt cheese, not the case here). Many a times I get overcooked pizza with burnt cheese. Last week I specifically asked for a fresh pizza and that it should not... be overcooked. Waited 15 min didn't check it expecting they will get it right this time. Got home and of course what do I findanother over cooked pizza with burnt cheese. Called to complain had a lady manager on phone. Instead of apologizing shelectured me me abt how I shud place an order. Horrible attitude. Never again will I be ordering pizza frm this location.
