Louis and his team provided an exceptional "family-style" meal at our wedding, which was originally planned for 2020, and after... a couple of postponements, we finally had our special day in 2022. Not a franchise locally owned by a very nice couple who work there every day with their amazing staff . What amesmerizing taste of soup and sandwiches . I have been working with Louis Gervais, Kelly, and the wonderful Marnie for the last several months for my mom's 60th birthday... this July. They were all absolutely wonderful and we all couldn't have asked for better service, food, and overall experience.From the beginning of the experience I worked directly with Kelly. She was incredibly professional and always answered my emailsvery quickly and was always super helpful. Marnie who also is the event planner was amazing as well. She ended up being at theevent managing it the entire time and I couldn't have asked for someone more calm, friendly, and just overall fun to havearound! I seriously ended up feeling like Marnie and the gang were family at the end of the party and loved having them aroundand helping me. Also, before the event when I felt a little stressed, Marnie eased all my stress and also kept me laughing whichis definitely a bonus! The staff during the event were all incredible. They helped me set up and were amazing throughout theevent. The food was insanely DELICIOUS. We ended up picking a family style menu and with an ever growing guest list the teamwas super accommodating even a few hours before the event! Also, when we had to add some vegan options a few days before theydid not hesitate once to help us with that. The actual food on the event was incredible and our guests are still to this daychatting about it. Everything was perfection and myself as well as the guests and my family had no complaints or wish anythingwas different. Overall, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
