The usual McDonalds fast food experience here. Long wait times, loud and disorganized, the bathroom here is regularly neglected... and disgusting. You'd be better off just grabbing take-out and leaving as fast as you arrived. This one IS wheelchairaccessible. I'd give it less stars if you were actually dining in. Read more

We stopped here for breakfast on a day trip. It's right by the freeway and easy to access. It was very clean and bright which... was nice. Their servers were all friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was fresh, hot and made to order. Best McDonald'sbreakfast I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this location. Read more
Very modern inside, no drive-thru, and when I arrived a young kid was cleaning hard for the outside patio and also the entrance... doors. Nothing unique as it is like any other McDonald's. The supervisor/manager on duty however seemed to be micromanaging asI witnessed her ask a staff to make sure her phone was not on her and to prove it the female staff tapped all over and turnedaround to show the manager it wasn't on her. After a weekend away, we came home Sunday afternoon to a torn McDonalds bag, fries scattered across our front porch, McDonald's... wrappers and oil stains (greasy fries) on the porch. Apparently someone didn't get their "UberEats" they ordered on Fridaynight. The attached bill says it was ordered Friday night at 22:51PM. The animals made a mess of it, we live in a high bearalert area of North Vancouver. Who drops food off on a porch, no lights on in the house?????? Disgusting. Wrong House folks! Read more

I?m disappointed with this location hygiene and service , there is a sign on the wall which says that sanitize your hand before... pouring drinks but it was empty, I asked them for it but there was no staff to do so.no one to take orders and the person whotouches cash also do the packing. They are very rude and very unprofessional. I had 2 sandwiches with ice-cream Sunday and when I asked for a cup to have water (... I don't drink soda ) they refused and asked to pay 69 cents for the cup !!!!!! Read more
