Service is awful, they just don't know how to run even the basics of food service. Food is always cold even when it's a custom... order and they have never gotten our order right. If you get a craving for junk food, order from another location, can't evenget fries right. Read more

I just ordered a orange pekoe tea and asked the boy working there to warm it a bit as it become cold after milk or cream and i... think its not a big deal it just takes 20-30 seconds. And if there should be a way of talking. The girl behind was raman as iheard the boy saying her name 3-4 times. She was so upset and said if you gonna add milk or cream it gonna become cold. Iunderstand when its closing hour its hard to work under pressure of doing closing and making orders. But you are in foodindustry you chose this job and you should be nice while talking if can?t be polite. I too work in food industry and i know thevalue of customer service. We too get upset but we never do such kind of rude behaviour with customers. Read more

Unfriendly staff. Decided to order using their kiosk. I was unable to find the mayo-style sauce in the condiment column. I asked... for one (not a handful, one) when getting my food. She rudely said I have to pay for it. I said fine, had the go back to thecounter and the person at the till acted like he was so inconvenienced by ringing in 63 cents. Read more

Me and my friends went to this McDonald?s late on Sunday night. We?re all having a good time and we?re like hey, let?s get a... poutine! We were stuck between sushi and poutine and so we go into McDonald?s and they?re only taking cash. They didn?t tell usfor how long or anything. We go outside and someone tells us they?ll be taking cards in 10 minutes, so we wait, we get in and wereally want our poutine and guess what!! THEY DONT SELL POUTINE!!!! and NONE of their burgers come with tomato, extra 60cents??? FOR ONE PIECE OF TOMATO. Ridiculous. Hate this place but love McDonald?s, not this location, if you can avoid it, AVOIDIT!! Read more

Unfortunately, I have to say about my feelings about being employed in this branch, that I had all the enthusiasm I had to work... for a member of this family, but I was faced with unreasonable coercion and not understanding the conditions of a newcomerstudent. I was never against wearing uniform there, I just asked for time so that I could get them with my next month's salary,or at least get help from them to prepare clothes, but they informed me on the first day you coming tomorrow with black shoesand pants or never come here, and in my point of view not fair at all, and this issue was a very bad experience for me indealing with this branch, and it left a very bad emotional impact on me. Immature staff dancing around upfront by the till as the line up grew as we waited for our order to be taken & when our order... was ready I politely asked for Mc chicken sauce and was told there was a charge for that so we had to get back in line to pay$1.85 for 3 Mc chicken sauce packets. As I payed ,I asked how long they've been charging for the packets, the guy asked a lady,a supervisor or manager, and she rudely said, "What are you asking me that for? Don't ask me!" I said, "I was the one inquiring"she didn't even turn around. The young man said, "I think we've been charging for the past 3 months." I've never treated mycustomers like that. If I could give less than 1 star I would as the service doesn't qualify for this store to even be a McDonalds - really poor... experience. McDonalds should hire/schedule more staff when your supply truck makes its scheduled delivery. Waiting for over 10minutes to place an order. I don't get it and feel for the staff who are slammed with customers doing their best. Jim Pike,please fix your store or allow someone to operate this store to the McDonals standard. Oh and after waiting so long I received aBig Mac without Big Mac sauce...mayo on a Big Mac...another error and a Big Mac with mayo is not the same taste at all! Read more
