Delivery guy ripped us off!!! We've ordered from Pizza Garden before, but tonight was the worst service we've gotten. A friend... ordered for delivery via phone and provided her credit card information. When the delivery arrived, payment was asked for so Ipaid using my credit card (I didn't know that it had already been paid for). Once payment was completed, the delivery man ranaway which made me suspicious. When my friend arrived, she let me know she paid for it already and immediately called PizzaGarden for a refund. They refused the refund and only offered an in store credit or send another pizza for the same price withinthe hour. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the customer service as we did not need another pizza or an instore credit (since we will not be ordering from them again). We ordered a pizza via phone and paid by credit card. The credit card has been charged already and the pizza was delivered. Upon... delivery, we were asked to pay for it and, unfortunately, the receiver of the pizza was not advised that the pizza was alreadypaid for. We tried to call for a refund; however, pizza garden is refusing to refund us. We were offered a credit but we do notlive in the area so it is useless. The time between ordering and the initial payment, to the second, duplicate, fraudulentpayment was literally one hour. I know for a fact that you can refund over the phone or void a transaction but the restaurant isrefusing to do that. We even offered to present ourselves personally at the restaurant to get a refund and they refused. DO NOTorder from this restaurant. I would give zero stars if I could. Read more
Took 1:40 min for delivery. Only to find out that they missed the cheese pizza for the kids! Takes another 40 min to bring the... cheese pizza while the kids are starving. I call in to complain and the manager says ?sorry, we are busy. What can I do?. A callat the time of order would be nice to let you know that it?s going to be 1:40 min. Then I can decide if I want to continue withmy order. Pizza was doughy And under cooked. Toppings were scarce. Read more
This is a premium pizza restaurant in North Vancouver. Whole pizza and pizza by the slice available here. Limited seating... inside and outside the restaurant. Staff very friendly but busy. Lots of people coming in and out of the establishment duringmy visit. Parking easy enough to find on Lonsdale Ave. Price will reflect quality. Read more

I had been coming here for a few years now but I will definitely never be returning. One of the teenage girls who is hired to... "work" as a cashier is extremely rude and obnoxious. I highly recommend you guys interview or at least review potentialemployees before hiring them. If you cannot even train employees to say "hi", "bye", "you're welcome", or "sure/okay", what'sthe point of having cashiers? just let customers pick up their own slices from the front and then pay without having to interactwith staff. This is a shame because the pizza is delicious and most staff (guys who have been working there for a while makingpizza and Persian girl cashier) are nice/professional. Read more
We ordered our late night bite for our wedding from Pizza Garden North Vancouver and they were fantastic! Nader was kind,... helpful and very personable when working with him to organize our order. If you like smoked salmon don't go here. Look at the pitiful amount of salmon on this 22$ pizza.
