Today Nov.1.22. I purchased 2 tall coffee one black one pike. Asked to use our own reusable containers. The employee didn't know... how much volume wise is our containers. I love this location, and I?m glad it?s still open, even though two other Lonsdale Starbucks stores closed in recent... years. They get an A+ for fixing mistakes too! Today I was accidentally charged twice due to a trainee mistake, but theyimmediately refunded the second order and offered me both drinks anyway. That?s how you gain customer loyalty! Read more

I have lived on the north shore for 19 years. Fast paced busy environment so to be expected a bit of a wait sometimes when I get... my coffee and breakfast before work. If you want quick mediocre service there?s a 711 or Tim Hortins. I have never tasted abetter coffee then a personally handcrafted beverage made my a Starbucks barista and especially at this 17th location! Pleasantexperience with many of the staff here as I frequent this location in the AM on weekdays. New faces it seems every couple monthsbut the long term employees always have positive attitudes and smile and tend to our needs as customer when sometimes it seemsthey are short staffed. I?ve worked retail many years and hope these young people get recognition everyday for their hard workand great attitudes!!! 10/10!!! Bravo! Read more

While ordering coffee a moment ago, management to staff member ?This is isn?t a democracy, I?m the captain of this... ship!?Completely shut the staff member down. Seriously, who talks like that to staff, let alone in front of customers. Not thatit?s important to this review but Coffee was fine otherwise. Read more

If you like institutionalised wokeism, then shop here. The only place you're guaranteed to find mask-wearing staff right now,... and only staff are allowed to touch anything. I prefer my coffee shops to serve a smile with my coffee, but you won't find ithere. The baristas are gone, replaced by automatons who could use access to a little more oxygen in order to get you your coffeea little sooner. And the cake was meh too. I won't be coming back. Read more

Experienced such awful behaviour from a barista here. Ordered an iced drink, she made it hot, so I politely said ?sorry it?s... supposed to be iced?. Then she chucks the drink in the sink right in front of my face, says nothing to me and proceeds to make 5peoples drinks before making mine. It was unacceptable to treat me this way when I was being so polite. Don?t feel comfortableever coming here again. Read more

It's wasting time, I ordered dragon drink, and all the stuff just forget my order, I wait for 30 minutes and nothing happen,... at the end I just ask them to put or give the money of my order to donation. Is not friendly stuff, I hope no more Starbucks inthis area. Read more

When the temperature outside is 13 degree, you NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ROOM IS WARM ENOUGH. There was a fan above any sits to make... sure the temperature is even colder.
