The staff here is always great. Can get a little backed up but it?s also a super busy location so no fault of their own. What... else me to leave this review is one employee in particular. He?s so kind, always friendly and doesn?t waste food. If he accidentally over makes your drink he gives you the excess for free rather than throwing it out. Wish more places and peopleoperated with food waste in mind. Read more

This morning, I mobile ordered at 7:43 with eta pick up at 7:50. I arrived at 7:52. Drink preparation wasn?t even started yet.... The 4 customers who were ordering in store, after I arrived, all received their orders before I did. I didn?t walk out of thereuntil 7:59. My patients require me to be on time and standing there waiting for 9 minutes after the eta of 7:50 as per the app?seems a bit long doesn?t it? 16 minutes from time of order to in the customers hand?? ? I always order well in advance so thatI am on time for work, as punctuality is important for my job & I am now running behind which affects 32 patients, with noapology or acknowledgment from the staff. Took 20 min to get 2 coffees... The young girl making the drinks was obviously running down her shift... As soon as our drinks... FINALLY came out, she walked out the door. Wasn't even busy. 5 people standing around and doing inventory. Very frustrating.Usually have great service here, but this trip was not good. Read more

I really like this location because is super convenient for those of us living on upper Lonsdale. Staff is always very friendly.... There is outdoor space to enjoy, didicated parking and street parking. Service is fast and top notch. Read more
Wonderful experience, spacious, not crowded, and partner benefits all APPLY HERE!! Possibly the best starbucks store across... north van and west van, staff are really friendly!! Way better than starbucks at SFU..... This place has amazing airconditioning, especially in hot summer day, enjoy yourself here. Basically environemnt is more comfortable than your own home,and FREE ICE COFFEE REFILL!!! Highly recommend come here and have a rest! Read more
