I understand there was a staff member in training on till and that the time was very busy, but I'm kindly asking you to have... these situations better organized because I waited 20 whole minutes to get a partially wrong order, with my name spelled wrong,and instead of proper serving temperature my drink was just warm. I have been going here for years now and this Starbucks location has gone downhill steadily. Customer service has dwindled and... does not seem to be a priority anymore. Even if I am willing to look past that the drinks are ridiculous. Nespresso tastesbetter than their cappuccinos. The coffee always tastes like its been sitting for ages and I do not want to even comment ontheir Iced coffees. Read more
I'm not sure what Starbucks thinks good customer service is, but the Asian lady that works here has a really interesting... approach. Paid in cash and she literally threw my change back at me. Yes, she threw it. Left my coffee and scone behind the cashregister and stares at me like I'm disabled for not stretching my arm all the way over there to grab my order. This Starbucks does not respect customers. Customers service at any other Starbucks is always at its finest but this one they... seem have forgotten how to treat its customers. I would avoid this one at all costs and go to the one down the road. Also, theyshould turn down the music. Read more
