This is the subway close to my house. I often grab a quick sub here when I am in a rush to get a few things done. Today was one... of those days. I've been coming here for quite a few years. Their staff used to be extremely polite, and the place was alwayskept clean. In the recent months though, the quality has massively declined. My standards are not all that high, after all I'meating at subway. I gotta say though, that they seem to put zero effort into making the food, and seem to disregard simplerequests. All that aside, literally every table has food on it, and there is always a staff member or two sitting down at theback playing on their phone. I don't know if coincidentally I happen to consistently come in after a mad rush, but the place isan absolute disaster. I planned to eat in, but legitimately could not find a table that didn't have food riddled all overit. Anways, I guess it's my mistake for thinking it will improve. I literally never leave reviews ever, but this one deservessome attention. I hope the owners have an opportunity to read this and try and turn the bigness around, because at this point Iwon't be returning. Read more

I placed and order online and I called to cancel the order and staff shouted at me like I did that on purpose.. They Do not have... a respect for the client? worst subway ever. Read more

I made a mistake of roast beef instead of the steak . No damage done, it barely touched the bun. Kushi and Ray looked at each... other and rolled their eyes. There was no line and I apologized. Very rude! Read more

Visit 10:20am march 29/2022. I request put extra onions he refused to put in. I request I will pay but he don?t care , busy in... Punjabi with girl. Comn guys listen to Custmer who don?t mint to pay. Very big attitude. I request put veggie patties in mysubway and toasted. But veggie patty not warm. Cold patty and sell me subway. I email to head office to. Very upset yourservice. Read more

Great location . around 4 parking spots for this subway, the parking is available quickly .My wife and i notice most people... get it to go. We like to eat there. very clean always. Employees are polite to us. They make there subway sandwhichs very freshbaked buns, fresh veggies and condiments. Nice Atomosphere and good music. My wife and i highly recommend this location ofSubway. Read more

I go to this location all the time. ALL THE TIME. Yes I know I should make lunch at home but I enjoy Subway Sandwiches. The... staff is usually quite friendly so I enjoy going. I thought of leaving a positive review a while back but didn't get around toit. I cannot stand Subway Restaurants all have different prices. I hate that!! I understand that each restaurant has its ownowner and is franchised etc etc but that same restaurant should have the same prices. $2.00 more I paid for the sandwich I getall the time. Do you know why I order the same sandwich every time because I can except the same price and same sandwich. I getits only $2.00 but its the purpose. I regularly spend my hard working money with you, go to your location because of the priceand service and today I was met with a very rude young lady. Who only wanted to argue with me. Any business I go to I expect thesame service every time. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I know that it is a family run business and I have enjoyed my visits 99%of the time and I would give the family 5 Stars. I recommend training your staff to treat customers the way you do. If youchange your prices let people know. I was told to "ask the price before I ordered" I have ordered it dozens of times in 2020.Why would I ask the price?? Unfortunate the customer service today and my experience was less then disappointing. 5 Start for myprevious experiences but I had to share my disappointment. Thanks for the food but try to maintain steady service. Today it wasmade clear they do not care about their customers. I get its only $2.00 but that's not the point. I have spent hundreds. If thelady was having a bad day , the proper response it not to take it out on the customer. If you prices increased and you do notlet your customers know , I expect you to get more backlash.
