We ordered thru Uber Eats delivery and had a regular coffee double double and the seasonal pumpkin spice dream donut. When we... received the order the pumpkin spice dream donuts were replaced with a generic glazed ones. Another donut (maple glazed) wasn?teven included. We didn?t even get a call if we wished to replace them. And the coffee quality has gone downhill. I Ordered a vanilla cold brew here and the drink was no good to sweet. So we asked nicely if we could get a new one made. The... first thing they said was that they made it correctly not ?hey sorry yes we will make you a new one?. We get one almost everydayand this one was not drinkable or we would have just dealt with it as they where busy it was in the morning. Eventually theystarted making the new drink. We waited 10 minutes and eventually I had to go to the front and ask them if they had made the newdrink. She had made it but never told us. The store is very small and we waited to hear our names. This lady starts to arguewith me about how she said it 3 times she never did. No big deal. She then proceeds to say that she wants the old drink back andthat it cost them 4$ so next time ask for it to be less sweet. Insinuating that we Where trying to get a?free? drink. We aretrying to get on with are day not steal a 4$ drink. All 4 women working stared at us and made us feel un comfortable. HORRIBLEcustomer service over a 4$ drink. I had a ver bad experience at this store. I ordered a veggie Habanero wrap and clearly mentioned the cashier thrice that it has... to be without chicken. Outside the wrap it was clearly written that it was a veggie wrap. I started eating it & friends who eatschicken told me that it has chicken inside it. I am a pure vegetarian person and never in my life tasted or ate chicken becauseof my religious beliefs. I went back to the store to complain about it and there was no store manager there. When the cashiercalled the manager they were asking me to take refund which is not acceptable. They should understand the religious beliefs ofall people which they did not as In addition to this the store manager was so busy that she was not ready to take any actionsaying that she was on vacation keeping their priorities first & consumers second. A great location and actually a nice coffee house. However, I felt extremely sympathetic for the one lady busting her behind... whilst the other dudes seemed to be chilling in the back doing no work. Because of this, service was slow and waiting around fora while to be acknowledged, as well as almost no donuts or snacks out mid-Saturday afternoon and no dark roast brewavailable. However, the one lady working was great and put me on a fresh batch of dark roast and was as tentative as possiblebased on her crazy workload. Read more
Nothing but respect for the people that have to work in this location. Customers are extremely happy rude to these workers and... cant wait an extra minute for something thats being delayed. Its absolutely shocking and in 4-5 encounters here I?ve noticedrude customers just giving it to the poor workers.
