They don't give samples, so how can I know which one I want to try ? Especially if it's an unusual flavour. Staff were curt and... not friendly. I settled for mint chocolate chip which was disgustingly sweet and barely tasted like mint. Overly priced for lowquality ice cream. Will not recommend and will never be coming back. Read more
Honestly this is not a good ice cream place. Whereas the location couldn?t be better is a missed opportunity. Their ice cream is... just bad ice cream. The place is nice with tons of neat imported candies. Service was fast and friendly.. but I won?t be backanytime soon. Located on the east side of the ice rink, this is a cute ice cream shop with lots of candy options if you don?t want ice... cream. They had 20 different ice cream flavors to choose from. Overall the ice cream was average, the initial bites were goodbut by the end of the first scoop, the taste wasn?t great. Do not get the birthday cake. The eggnog is also mostly cinnamon. Cute place but the ice cream was sub-par :( we got 4 different flavors and they were all very disappointing. The cookies & cream... as well as the cookie dough were just plain vanilla ice cream w a few things mixed in. London fog was too strong, the birthdaycake was just bad, and the "ice cream sandwich" was a scoop between two tiny sugar cookies. I'm not a picky person and usuallyenjoy ice cream even from chain places, but this was really disappointing especially considering the marketing that made it seemlike it was going to be small batch amazingness. Super cute, old-fashioned style ice cream shop. Love browsing at all the old sweets from childhood memories. I also love that... the ice cream float is made with bottled Boylan's soda that you can pick whatever flavor from the fridge instead of fountainsoda. Read more
Atmosphere is great, walking in the shop is colourful with lots of candy treats to look at and choose from. Well decorated and... great location. Now the ice cream; there?s not a wide variety to choose from and you also aren?t allowed testers which I findodd for an ice cream shop. The ice cream itself is good but not great, sometimes I find the taste is not what I was expectingit to be and that can be disappointing. Overall it?s a good stop, but for the price id choose other shops to go to most times. Read more
