Thought I'd give Papa John's a try. I won't be back! After spending 5 min's trying to navigate their phone service someone... answered that I absolutely could not understand! I could immediately tell his English wasn't well at all! After spending 10min's on the phone with this guy I finally got my order in! When I got to the store I asked who answered the phone? Was told wedon't answer here!!! Somehow I already knew this! So what they are doing is using a middle Eastern phone answering service myguess would be India!!! That also tells me I'm now paying more to pay for this service that I couldn't even understand! Theirlarge pizza appears to me what most places would be medium! I'll stick to Pizza palace in North Vernon at least I can understandwho I'm talking to!!! Was supposed to be meat lovers, was very disappointed with the skimpy toppings!! I had to give the guyfrom India a fake name because he had no idea what I was saying. So tried to pick a last name he would understand, White. Hestill had to have me spell it to him!! Read more
The Epic stuffed crust pepperoni pizza is one of the best I've had in a long time! Order it before it's gone!
When food was not available to the visiting/training soldiers, this Papa John's location understood the difficult situation we... were in and coordinated with delivering to our location. You have no idea how much this pizza made so many soldiers' day,especially after an extremely long training day with food/water plans that fell through. It gave us enough motivation to keeptraining the next day and many smiles emerged. Thank you to the management team and the driver for coordinating and supportingour troops. Read more

Never spoke to a person. Waited 45 mins on the phone never was answered. Tried to correct an issue on my order I made online.... Terrible customer service. I?m going to stick with Pizza Hut. They have wonderful employees and actually treat you like acustomer with respect and not like you?re a burden to them. If I could give papa johns a 0 zero , I would. Also, pizza was coldupon pickup (which should have been delivery had someone answered the phone). Read more
An hour waiting in line only for them to say they lost our order. Even with screen shots of the order and totals. They refused.... Said we could reorder with a two hour wait....Never again. You lost our business. Read more
Worst pizza experience ever. Food was supposed to be at my door within 46 minutes it took over an hour and 45 minutes. The pizza... was cold when it finally arrived. I would not recommend this establishment. Read more
Ordered at 6pm , it's 945 still not delivered, worst service I have ever seen, they threatened to not deliver it because they... didn't have time. Should fire everybody there, if it was my franchise I would do that no question. Read more
