The service I had was great. The waitress was very nice and hard working. I was enjoying my breakfast sandwich. I had a... steak,egg and cheese bagel and as I was ready to take the last few bites I found a hair. Totally made my stomach turn. I toldthe waitress about how they need to wear hair nets because obviously they didn't but it didn't reflect on her service or the tipI was leaving her. I left her 37percent of the bill. She deserved it and they depend on those tips. Read more
Had to dial back on the food. They have super wedding soup on Thursdays and carry out quarts have plenty of pasta and meatballs!... But this time the soup wasn't hot, just warm, and a few hours later I was feeling sick, bloated, most of the evening. It was aone-off, I've eaten it before from here and never had problems, just time time I wasn't sure if I'd be spending the night in thebathroom or not. An hour or two but that was all. Service was incredibly friendly, so far never any complaints in thatdepartment. This is the only Eat'n Park where I've had good counter service. They smile at you and everything! Read more
We entered the McKeesport Eat'n Park around 4:15 p.m. We were promptly seated. We were 1 of only 3 tables seated in the entire... restaurant. There was only 1 server on duty. It took her 3 trips to bring our party of 5 our drinks (1 water, 2 Mountain Dew,and 2 coffees). We placed our order, and got our food in a decent amount of time, but again, it took our server several tripsto deliver the food. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. My Nantucket cod was swimming in too much butter. One of ourparty members ordered a slice of pumpkin pie that was riculously small for the price. We have been to 2 other Eat'nParks in thearea over the past 2 weeks, and this one left a lot to be desired. We left feeling underwhelmed, which is a shame, as they usedto be "the place to go". Unfortunately, the Eat' n Parks have changed drastically over the years. Seldom are they staffed enough to meet the requirements... of their customers. I do find the servers pleasant, however, rushed and less attentive because there are so few of them. Thefood is ok and it's nice to have the salad bar open again. Read more
You will be very glad you got Karlee as your waitress. My Heavens that girl is a pinball around this floor. Each of her... customers were smiling when she was engaging them, and all seemed as pleased as I was. My meal was the meatloaf. Piled high andvery filling. I wish I could have stayed longer because the place is clean, quiet, and well managed in my opinion. Thanks Karleeand Crew! Read more
I?m truly disappointed with the service and food from this location. Flies on the salad bar. Flies around the table. Hair in the... potato soup this time. Last time there was a large piece of plastic in my quart of potato soup when I got home. I told mywaitress the salad bar had on food so I no longer wanted it. I was still charged as she went in the kitchen screaming to othersthat I was paying for the salad bar because I touched the salad bar. Very unprofessional. I won?t even be calling to complainthis time. I have given this location too many chances. Even children were shocked at the quality of food. Waste of $50 and along time customer lost. Read more
We had a good meal there today staff was very friendly and service was quick had a mistake on my order they fixed it right away
Under staffed like most places, just be patient if you go. Our waitress was very nice and the food was as expected, however!
