Well I was told that they hired good management finally so I went to find out for myself and they finally had ice cream frappes... burgers and how do you go to McDonald's and they say they're all out of burgers or sorry we don't have milkshakes or orangejuice that's how it was a few months ago for a long time I thought that place should have been shut down but I guess it onlytook good people to start running it and managing it so I haven't had McDonald's in years till a few weeks ago thank you for thegreat people they hired at McDonald's in North Versailles now I can have my mocha frappe everyday Read more
There was ONLY one car infront of me and I waited in the drive thru from start to finish for 20 minutes. When I FINALLY got my ... 2 Happy Meals, they were wrong, and the food was warm at best. Don't want to trash talk.. But ... Never again will I go there... Cashier didn't know how to ring the order For two 20 piece and... basket of fry deals. Should've been 16 and tax, but rang me up for like 25 something, then after someone explained that they DIDhave that deal going on, it took another 5-10 min before anyone came and corrected it, or really helped her out... I ordered at 1:50 a quarter pounder with cheese and Dr Pepper. This what I got! As a prev shift manager this is unacceptable and... would have failed a secret shop. Attached to less than reputable business. They share a restroom with the convenience store, I stopped for food and gas and when... I asked to use the restroom the employee on the convenience store side said the McDonald's side had the key, McDonald's sidesaid they keepntelling people that because they don't like people using rhe restroom. I brought this up to the employee at theconvenience side and he laughed at me. I still needed fuel and paid $30 whenever I started my car and it didn't go near the 1/4of a tank I almost went back in to flip out. My wife stopped me and had to find another gas station. The McDonald's burger thatI got was also extra greasy, literally dripping but that was whatever. I can't stress enough to avoid this place. Read more
This McDonald's needs to be shut down. It's dirt bag filthy. The employees used to be so nice and give good service, I don't... know what happened. I placed a mobile order, paid for it, waited for 40 minutes for my food! Absolutely ridiculous. It cameout cold of course. I wasn't about to complain and wait longer or risk them doing something to my food. Some woman in a filthyred shirt brought my food and was so nasty to me because I told her I've been waiting so long. I am calling corporate for arefund. Never go here! Read more
