I went with my brother and it wasn't terribly late. We walked in and we were looking at the menu for about 5 minutes and as we... were about to order we were told they were out of burgers. Was a take out order but from the door the service was stellar. Greeted and jokes. They paid attention and cared for us... patrons. The food was fresh and warm. The care was in the presentation as well which is a good thing- the burger looked like thepicture. Pretty tasty too. The fries were fresh. The store was clean and the workers worked! I had not visited a Wendy's forover 6 years. If I were to visit again, just for smiles that were offered and accepted, I would definitely revisit this one. Read more
Came here tonight, after another restaurant closed while I was waiting in the drive thru ????.. The line was long, however, it... moved rather quickly (surprisingly). My order was accurate and freshly made. I notice that there are young (high schoolers)working now. It?s great bc they are efficiently moving the drive thru line (this isn?t the first time I?ve been in a long lineand they moved it quickly).It?s obvious that the manager has their stuff* together bc their training of these youngworkers-well, it speaks for itself. I went Sunday evening ordered on the app. Got to the window to pickup my order and was told they didn?t have the salad I... ordered, asked if I could get a different one told they had none at all. Asked for a refund or substitute and they told me theycan?t do refunds at the store and must be done on the app. Just stared blankly when I asked about substituting. Well there?s noplace to request one on the app of course. And I?ve been trying to get ahold of customer service and I?m on hold forever or inthe chat saying I?m next and no one ever gets on the app. I don?t blame the young girls working as I?m guessing they were notproperly trained. The food I did get wasn?t hot. So overall will not stop at this location again. Read more
