Your workers need to be trained all over again because they dont know what fresh food is and how to pack a pick up order nicely... for the customers to eat. The stations for sauces and plus, it was verrrrrry dirty, the workers gloves seemed like they were notfrequently changed over many years ????. Covid is not over yet guys. I ordered freakin 60 dollar worth of food and I got thismess. I added extra steak and chicken, it was a waste of food and money. I went as soon it should be done but it seemed like itwas made hours ago because the meat was very dried. The meat was almost like wood chips. I ordered hard tocos but when i got it,it was more like soft toco. Why cant they make good food to make people want to eat at thier place??? Who would order it if itisnt fresh nor want to come often? It was fine first few years with this store but recently, i guess the workers are lackingoff. Doesnt matter if you guys are busy, why couldnt you guys think to separate the salad with the hard tocos?? This looks likeyou didnt realize that the order had hard tocos in it and just dumped the salad into the new bowl with the hard toco, after yourealized it was a wrong order. Why??? Just whyyy?? Was it hard for you guys to make an order for hard tocos and fresh salad??Giving customers "hard time" No wonder you guys have BAD reviews and ratings. Im never ordering from here again! NEVERR! Well, it's been about five years since I was last at a Chipotle restaurant, and it was about the same as I remember. The was... about a ten minute wait to get to the counter, bit once I figured out how to order, I had my food quickly. Prices are a bithigher than normal fast-food, but the quality is likely better. Of more importance to me, was that they had Pibb Xtra at thedrink station, so that made me happy. The food tasted good, but I should have gotten both mild and hot salsas to get the nicerlooking tomatoes, as well as the heat from the hot salsa that I chose. Read more
Honestly this place has gone downhill in the past few years. My burrito today was okay, and there's a lot less clientele here... now than you would usually see in months and years past. So you end up getting the food a lot faster, which is good... But youcan see that the condiment and napkin station was really dirty and completely out of napkins. After seeing that it honestly mademe a little hesitant to eat my food. They can't even empty the trash cans, and my table was also dirty. They're really going tohave to improve their cleanliness if they expect to have me back again as a customer. Read more
The experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill airport Square was bad. There was almost a crowd of people all waiting oders that were... 20 minutes late on average and we later learned that not everything on the menu was available. I walk away with half of whatwould normally be my order asking my self why take order for items you have run out of?theres like a chunk of my bowl missingand i got a ton of wilted and browning lettuce ???? all three bowls we got were like that. There are so many things were missinglike guacamole, fajita veggies and some sauces. If I have an option of giving negative star, I would have given 10 negativestar. Really disappointed ?? Read more
Outrageous. The location should be ashamed of the product there are putting out. This location used to be good, but over the... last couple years has gotten progressively worse. The employees literally don?t care what they are putting in the bowls or inthe burritos. It is disgusting. The attached picture is what I got as a ?steak salad bowl.? It looks like somebody ate it beforeme. Missing multiple ingredients. And they forgot several of our items on the order. If this was the first time I would not bethis upset, but this has been our experience consistently over the past several times ordering from Montgomeryville Chipotle.Never going again. Just awful! I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations, and this is definitely in the top 3. I went there for lunch, and there were about 15... people in line in front of me, which they got through in about 5 minutes. The staff were very friendly and gave generousportions, even asking me if they gave me enough of the certain ingredients when I asked for extra. They definitely deserve to berated higher than their overall rating shows. Read more
